For the next 4-5 weeks I'm blessed to house and pet sit in this beautiful tranquil paradise. These are only a few pics of the incredible high vibe abundance present here.... and I continue to be in awe of nature every day..... so much variety in one location! It's truly incredible!
With that, I've decided to optimize this time by unplugging from technology a bit.... social media, text/talk time. This is something I often recommend to clients..... and now I feel my soul calling out for the same. A friend recently inspired me to fully remove the apps from my phone.... and that's what I'm going to do. Even with me choosing to be mindful about how much time I'm engaging with FB and Instagram.... I'm still receiving notifications and connecting every day. Time for a break and greater quality Abby time. ❤
Yesterday my marathon training started with... a rest day!
As one of my friends said: all good training plans start with a rest day.
Today was the first official training. I ran with a training group. And I actually really enjoyed it. We were jumping on a ladder pretty much the whole hour. Brilliant and fun!
Oh yes. And it rained today and the temperature was a bit cooler! Yay!
We had originally planned to just wander around the small town of Ketchikan today. We have been on so many amazing adventures on our short journey in Alaska so far, and we thought we’d just take it easy. At the last minute, we decided to take a seaplane to the Misty Fjords National Monument, and oh my goodness, it was so worth it! It’s easy to say you only live once. But, in all seriousness, you really do only live once. So, embrace the journey. Take the trip. Travel the scenic route. Hug the ones you love. Work hard, but play harder. Above all else, thank God everyday for everything. Thank him for the good, bad, ugly, and in between. #inaweofnature#inaweofGod#thankful#alaska#wildalaska#thelastfrontier

A pretty fun wave for him & another special day for me.. Returning home from a holiday can be tough but emerging yourself in every way with a country, the people, the culture, which means both good and bad experiences did nothing but make my last trip to Bali feel like home to me.. For now a million memories, many photos, special friendships & the urge to get back there soon
