My fave is spinach. Straight from my parents garden and today I have this beautiful green goodness to pop into my morning smoothies and grab-and-go meals for work! 🥗
So incredible to grow your own, they have inspired my to start my own patio garden, and spinach is definitely on the list! 🌱
Stay tuned for my green thumb adventures! If anyone has a garden I would love to hear what has worked or flopped for you! 🙋🏻♀️ (If you are wondering why their spinach is fully grown it is winter spinach!) ☀️ #mindfulnutrition#healthyfood#patiogarden#greenseverymeal#fab4#teachmygirlshowtogrow#imlearningtoo
Artiste in the making. Kenzi has had a couple great days. She def likes to be kept busy with structured activities and crafts moreso now and is happier overall when creating - even if it’s just bowls of water and different sized cups and spoons and her baby dolls. She’s imaginative and needs to feed that part of her for her soul to be calm. I’m learning a lot about how to raise this little love; as she grows, we grow with her. She also asks for “adventures” lots lately, and to “go exploring.” #daddysgirl She’s such an interesting kid and Im pumped to get to know her even in the most defiant of days #momlife#imlearningtoo#preschoolersofinstagram#kidartists#imagination#explorer
I know it may be hard sometimes to view your spouse as a gift. When they leave the toilet seat up, when they don’t realize something they said hurt your feelings, maybe they didn’t meet an expectation you had in mind, or when they “lose” something and without looking first they ask you where that item is. Whatever it may be, our husbands aren’t perfect and neither are we. Show grace. Serve selflessly. Love unconditionally.
I am nowhere near perfect at remembering this and never will be, but that doesn’t mean to stop trying. So many marriages end these days, be thankful for the marriage you have! Love your marriage & love your man!! Think of all the things he does for you and your family. Praise God for the man they are. Pray for your man! And when the toilet seats left up, just put it down.
I love my marriage in the good and the bad & I love my husband! He is an amazing man who provides for our family. He has so much positivity in life even at the darkest moments. He loves to see the best qualities in a person and help them be even more successful. Even if at first glance he seems rough around the edges, he cares SO deeply for people. He desperately wants to see everyone around him love Jesus more and more each day! My man is truly a gift to me!
What about your hubbies? How are they awesome? How can you view them as a gift? What are some of your favorite things about your men?
We all use bribes at some point! They would much prefer to be outside getting dirty and running riot and i would love for them to never know what I'm spelling out to kyle, a.l.a.d.d.i.n.s c.a.v.e or when you want them to get to bed on time and you spell out c.h.i.n.e.s.e and kyle instantly is on the teeth brushing pj task and when they ask what you spelt you can just say 'cleaning' because you know they think this is your favourite thing to do 😬 but i guess reading and writing is something we need in life so i have ipads at the ready for when they throw some equations at me or ask me how to spell because we all know i'm not going to know the answer 😂#momlife#mumsofinstagram#bribery#reality#imlearningtoo
How cool is this! Kaydance and her classmates are creating a business, will be writing a plan, and selling their items over a course of a week. They have to plan each step and make corrections on each business day. I’m so excited to watch all the entrepreneurs on parents shopping day! #usefulknowledge#imlearningtoo
You are enough.
#久しぶりの投稿#instamusic @brunomars Just the way you are
国が違くても見た目が違くてもあなたがこの世に”今”いる理由はあなたがもう十分だから。Don’t ever let someone say that you are not enough. You can be better of yourself but remember YOU ARE ENOUGH. #loveyourself#imlearningtoo
I had very mixed feelings on Sunday... the morning class was absolutely brilliant, everyone was suitably blissed out and light snores at the end of class... Sunday evening was the first week of my beginners course ... I think I was disappointed that having had it fully booked the class was only half full on the night and those people hadn’t made contact to cancel .. a bit frustrating as I had had so much interest I could’ve offered the spaces to others. It took until late last night but I heard from 3 students and they said they had loved the class: we workshopped poses (I had the help of a trainee teacher who was amazing) I wanted them to be able to feel alignment to feel the poses, so the first class felt a little disjointed to me.. I have given them homework to do - they are eager to learn delighted even : so they will practice between now and Sunday and then we will reinforce through repetition what we have learnt before bringing a little more in to the practice.. I want to encourage them to find five or ten minutes to practice at home and not rely solely on one class a week the idea being they will quickly get the bug and it will become natural for them to practice yoga at home and to take time for selfcare .. I have to admit I felt a little out of my depth #imlearningtoo#yogateacher#yogastudent
