This is the first time I pressed play on my new workout that I will be smashing with my tribe in January (🤫but I got a sneak peak before then 😜). I legit was so confused, extremely un-coordinated and could have easily given up (as you can see from my facial expressions 😂) BUT I chose to stick it out to the end and when I repeated this workout the day after I way able to do half of the moves I couldn't do the previous day!!

It just goes to show you that things aren't going to be perfect or easy straight away. Time is an amazing thing and that's exactly what you need to realise. If something doesn't go right or isn't perfect or you can't do something perfectly straight away, that's okay!
Keep pushing, stick to it because eventually you will get there 🙌

 I LOVE LEG DAY ❤️❤️ Went for weight today on the leg press and done 5 reps on 73kg - new PB!! I can definitely press more than that, but started from 32kg and done 10 reps on each weight going up, legs were getting tired lol! .

These are things I have said.. and all things I’ve heard from others.. BUT when I dropped the excuses..things like this transformation happened. I transformed.. transformed my body. My mind. And my attitude. ⭐️ I work 40 hours at my day job and work at least 2 hours a day at my coaching biz. I am a wife and a mom to toddler boy who keeps me on my toes daily. If I can carve out 30-45 minutes to workout at home.. so can you. ✌🏻oh and my current program.. only FOUR DAYS. ⭐️ When I decided to make myself a priority, we had just moved into a new house and I was drowning in debt, BUT I knew mentally I needed this time for me regardless of how much it cost. Plus i was able to start eliminating my debt thanks to coaching. So i was WORTH the money. If I was dealing with this struggle, you can make it work for your situation as well. ✌🏻
⭐️ I used to spend hours in the gym as an athlete. So the thought of working out at home made me laugh initially. Well jokes on me because I am now down 81 lbs total since doing these at home programs. ✌🏻if I can lose those lbs at home, so can you. 🙌🏻
⭐️ I won’t say I am a picky eater but I have 13 food allergies, which qualifies me as someone being limited on what they can eat. If I can find foods to eat that are healthy and good for my body, so can you. ✌🏻
⭐️ Shakes 100% grossed me out before I found my superfood shake. All the ones I tried before were grainy, thick and full of sugar. 😆 And my shake now is nutrient dense with 70+ superfoods and is equivalent to 5 salads and tastes like dessert. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 When will we learn to stop the excuses? I mean really.. you are worth. Your health is worth it.

TRANSFORMATION.
I completed my second round of my workout programme 🙌
Something I never thought I would say at the beginning of the year when I suffered an ankle injury (that is still ongoing), I had got myself into a very negative mindset and was very off balance with my eating!
But back at the start of July, I decided enough was enough and I wasn't going to let the bad situations control my future. 🙅‍♀️
I got back to training 4 days a week, modified my moves so I didn't take a step back in my recovery and I found a new balance with my food.
Fast forward around 18 weeks later, an all inclusive holiday, multiple birthdays and celebrations, weekend breaks away and many reasons to give up, I am here celebrating my success and being dam proud of this journey.

It is hard to compare your results when you haven't got much weight to loose (and your first round finished in Cuba so your skin is more tanned and the cellulite isn't as obvious 🙄) so for me even though I can see my muscle definition and strength has significantly improved, this journey was more of a mental one over anything else.
..
Remember that even through the mist of the craziness, hectic everyday life, the toxic environments we can find ourselves in, you are fully in control. You just have to put in the hard work and believe that you can achieve ANYTHING if you just try 🙌

A comment made to a client by her husband that her legs were getting ‘bulky’ from training (they are not as she’s tiny- they are just becoming more toned which was our aim). • It’s comments like that which put women off weights. • Using weights correctly is so beneficial for the body, especially as we age. I felt so tired, groggy, I craved sugar and just felt a tad crappy. But I don't regret what I ate or drank because I enjoyed myself. I didn't restrict, I knew it was only 3 days not my whole life which wouldn't make any difference to my results whatsoever BUT only if I didn't let the carefree, eat whatever I want attitude to continue 🙅‍♀️which is the mistake a lot of us make!

Instead of having a nap and letting the negative vibes take over, I prepped my food for the day, made sure I done over 10,00 steps and I pressed play smashing out my last day 1 of my 8 week programme 🙌

Photo on the left is me completely relaxed and breathing out, bad posture, my leggings are sitting just below my hip bone so it pushes those 'love handles' up and I'm not standing in a flattering angle.

The point of this? To show you that you are beautiful no matter what and you shouldn't judge yourself when you see photos on Instagram that have taken into consideration lighting, angles, correctly fitting clothing and posture! 👊

When I show my before and after pictures I wear the same type of clothes so you can see where the change has happened as well as showing you my journey everyday across my social media platforms.
What you see with me is real life but there are people out there that unfortunately fake it for different reasons 😑

Consistency is key 🔑 remember that! There are no 'quick fixes' or 'special pills'. Just hard work, determination and changing your overall lifestyle for the life you want. So don't be hard on yourself the next time you see a 'result' like this from an amazing diet in 3 days..🙄
