About to try this new flavour, mint chocolate. 😋 Ive read a few comments just lately on the topic of protein shakes and was surprised to learn that a lot people are unsure what the actual purpose of it is. A lot of people that use the gym take them, but don’t really know why. Protein is a very important nutrient, it is a chain of linked units called amino acids. These are divided into 2 groups, essential and none essential. The body will produce none essential amino acids but it doesn’t produce essential, these we must get from our diet and are provided in protein shakes. There is also certain amount we need, same as carbs and fats. Running your body low on protein will cause it to break down, and all your efforts of trying to grow muscle are wasted, so even if your are eating some protein, if your are not eating the right amount of essential protein, your body will waste it and not function properly. It’s not just for muscle growth though, Every cell in the body contains protein, so its needed for many other things, the repair and replace of cells, for organs, blood, hair, nails, skin, tissues, hormones. You get it. It’s important. 
There is plenty of macro counters on line to find out how much protein you should be taking a day to get your body functioning efficiently. Everyone’s amount is different. I personally find it difficult to reach my daily intake so I use protein shakes all the time, but it is very possible to achieve your protein intake from food alone which some days I do. It’s not just a given that if you use the gym you should take protein shakes, but in a lot of cases, people don’t get anywhere near enough of it, and that’s why you see many gym goers gobbling up their protein. 
No it doesn’t make you bulky, no it doesn’t suppress your appetite, no it’s not just for body builders, and no it’s not a load of bollacks 🤣 some of the the things I’ve heard people say lol. Im actually not doing this right now. Right now I have the worst cold and cough, I feel like shit. 🤧 I have done since I got back from holiday which means, I’ve been nearly 2 weeks out of the gym 😩 it’s gonna hurt when I go back 😬 this little ab circuit I did before I left. Do each exercise for 30 seconds, no rest between each exercise, 1 minute plank at the end then rest for 2 mins. Repeat 4 times. 🤯 I don’t train abs really, they’re being trained all the time in my other sessions and in my compound moves, but I will throw in an ab circuit every few weeks like this. And boy, it hurt, for days 🤣

I've been really trying hard to practice lifting this without wobbling every where it was really hard I was surprised how heavy just the bar is I felt a bit better and not so weak when we were told it the bar weighed 20kg by itself😂 when I first started I couldn't even lift the bar off the rack by myself and I had no weights on it, I was really struggling but ive kept going and I can get the bar off and lift much more steadily and ive added some weights even if they are little I'm hoping to add a bit more next week I'm really pleased with how I've improved all ready😁🏋️‍♀️

I know I was this person that recovery just another product to buy, a hoax,  it doesn’t really work but once u run out and don’t have it and then lift without having  it after you get what I’ve had the last day and half and that’s how will I walk down a set of stairs 😂 NEVER AGAIN!!! By far my most fav flavour and it’s plant based not full of fillers and crap. Great for rebuilding muscles and giving u a energy boost after a fatigued workout. 🙏🌱💚💪

Training Back it should be brutal and intensive just like having sex so after that she doesn't even want to think of anyone else becouse you fu*k her brain and it is in diffrent galactic of sensation where pain and pleasure loose it's boundaries. I think this will the best way to describe how to train back gentleman's. If you did not get my point better stay home and have a wank and think of it again untill you will get what do I mean. 
Your back must be destroyed when you live the gym only than it will grow and make you look good even when you front pose and don't tense it.
I hope you did not take in wrong way but how can I word it better to get straight in to the point.

Closest guess will win a fabulous prize!!!! Since i was 18,  i've had my Cholesterol levels checked as 
hyper high levels run in my family!  Chunky Norwegian Blood!!! My levels have been as high as 450 (not kidding)  and as low as 170.

It has been over a yr since i had my levels checked. In the past yr i have... - Increased my exercise - Improved my diet/eating habits
- Taken a lot more selfies (Yes this has been proven to lower levels)
- Added "Superfood" to my daily intake of dense nutrition
