Two years ago, I had a really small group of friends. It felt pretty lonely. 😞. Then I joined my coworker’s fitness and nutrition group ... and accidentally met all of these amazing people. Flash forward to today: Hanging out with some of my favorite friends who I wouldn’t have met if it wasn’t for coaching 😊. I had no idea how much these challenge groups would change my life but I’m so glad I said yes because this is a blast!
What’s your FAVE way to workout?! 💪
At home? At the gym? In a class? On your own? In water? Outside?
Have you found what you LOVE in fitness? Finding a workout you love will make it FUN and then you’ll look forward to it every day!
Can you guess my favorite workout?! 😉
I grew up doing gymnastics, I truly loved it, but it made me look different than other girls my age. I used to get made fun of growing up. They said I was too muscular, that I had tree truck legs, and that I stuck my butt out 🤷🏼♀️. Little did they know, that by the time we grew up, strong would be more accepted as beautiful 💪🏼💗.
I love my body, it is a highly functioning instrument that allows me to perform complex physical tasks, it grew and birthed a beautiful baby girl, it allows me to pick her up and play with her, and exercise daily. I love this body, so a big FU to all those body shamers out there! 🖕🏼
Just be your best, most healthiest, happiest self, not someone else’s version of it 😊🌸.
I enjoyed my time off, but it has felt SO good being back in my classes after our long weekend away! My body had gotten quite stiff from sitting in the car 😳 It feels great to stretch back out and MOVE - it helps me get back into the swing of regular life! What’s you’re favorite way to bounce back after a vacation??
E depois dos exercícios vem aquela sensação de alívio e tranquilidade !
É nos exercícios que eu largo tudo que sinto. Fazer com intensidade? Não , triplicar a intensidade e renovar a alma
I find myself with a rare afternoon all on my tod & no work! How lovely hey? Yet despite having a class to teach this eve (which FYI is full on participation #bodypumpclass ), i find myself wanting to do a workout..... because it's at my fingers tips & its so easy to just choose any workout I fancy & press play...my mind is telling me I should get up & do it.
Am i "addicted" to exercise? And if I am...is that even a bad thing? Are all addictions bad or can some, in moderation (ie: not all day everyday!) be good?? .
