Today's party was superb when we have a beautiful theme decoration by @bubblyparties and sweet cake by @chopznskillz 😘😘😘it was mad fun when @uniqueworld_events took the children on a long run of entertainment🙌🙌🙌🙌.it was nice having children around me today.

Пробовала много низкокалорийных тортов, но эти кусочки самые приближённые к настоящим тортам! Хотя, их даже сравнивать нельзя, эти торты - отдельные, как личности, очень вкусные такие личности 😅😂

Крем лаймово-мятного чизкейка напоминает начинку киндера «молочный ломтик» или «пингви» - однозначно теперь самый любимый.
Медовик - тут хочется сказать, что сколько я перепробовала «а-ля диетических медовиков» этот на самом деле медовик, где чувствуется мёд. Почти как настоящий. Крем между коржами просто шик 👌🏻
Сникерс - это вообще шоко-бомба с арахисом и мягкой карамелью 💥
Наполеон - опять же, сколько я пробовала «а-ля диетических наполеонов», этот самый классный. Коржи как вафельки, крем их не пропитал до состояния «передержал печеньку в чае», а лишь немного смягчил, вследствие чего две эти составляющие отлично дополняют друг друга.

Today I ran my second ultra beast and twentieth Spartan race! I was about 8 hours and 9th place elite female. (This is according to athlinks) I could have done better, but excessive cheating made me a little grumpy. I also learned today that I don’t particularly like when the obstacles are coated in ice. Now to cuddle with my sweet Henrie and eat this entire pizza. After tomorrow’s beast, it’s time for the off season! Last October 🍂 I had just started working at a pizza shop in September, I was on a diet to get ready for a vacation to key west. As soon as I was informed that the vacation was canceled, pizza and pop became a daily thing. At night I would eat half a medium pizza and make extra to take to lunch at my other job the next day. After my first job I would decide what fast food place I wanted to grab during my 40 minute break between jobs and then later on I would have more pizza! I did about 3 months of that!
We can always find excuses for why we quit, why we should give up on our dreams, why maybe we’re just not cut out for something. Saying “I’m just not made that way” “I could never eat healthy” “I love food too much”
Fast forward to this year: I’m eating fairly healthy 😂 I just started waking up at 6AM in probably August. I didn’t think I could ever be a morning person! 2AM was my original bedtime if I even had one, So I set a different bedtime 12AM, then 11PM! And then decided to start waking up at 5:30AM and changed my bedtime to 9:30PM! It takes a lot of determination but I have in my mind what I’m aiming for and I’m not going to stop. I normally don’t participate because I’m insecure about the lack of definition under the layers of fluff I’m still working to get rid of. .
But then I thought, fuck that shit. I used to be able to see zero definition. Now I find myself poking my quads when they’re flexed because they’re rock solid. .
You are your toughest critic. It won’t matter how many pounds you lose if you don’t change your mindset. You’ll still see those extra pounds in the mirror. .
So starting today I will be sharing all my insecurities - at least one daily. .
