I came to a point in my training where I was lifting weights and no matter how much or how heavy they were I just couldn't progress. It was so frustrating. Then comes along @samantha__jenkins and she taught me about dieting, trained me, even writes my workouts for when I'm away at work. I let her take the wheel and in two months here I am. 198 pounds, the smallest I've been in years but certainly the leanest. As promised I will post throughout my training journey. The journey officially started today! I had a weekend full of eating any and everything I wanted. 🍨🍕🍟🍔🍬🍰 In those three days (Friday-Sunday) I've gained 4lbs. 😫 Goes to show you how much DIET impacts results.
For the next 14 days I will only be indulging in proteins and veggies. This will be accompanied with one hour of cardio daily and one hour of weight training for 5-6 days.
