◾ALL'S WELL THAT ENDS WELL◾ .
Being able to have the entire weekend as rest days is lit. This new program fits my lifestyle and isn't as daunting as other programs. I get a rest day during the week and Saturday AND Sunday off. .
The actual workouts are only 30-40 minutes and I'm also allowed a CHEAT meal once a week. .
Sunday is here and I had a great weekend with my family... I'm ready to buckle down again and do this thing again tomorrow...wanna come?

Summerlicious 2018 - Number 4
Last day of Summerlicious 2018! Still looking for a place to go? I suggest going to Midi Bistro. I wasn’t going to yet another licious outing I already been to three already but I couldn’t resist after hearing good things about this resto. I ended up doing a meetup yesterday for lunch for 6 people. Restaurant was busy but then it is expected as it is cozy. Half of my meetup party of 6 ended up being extremely late due to the subway construction. It led to some anxiety on my part since I felt really bad for the restaurant as the waiter kept asking me when the rest of the party will arrive.
The restaurant prix fix 3 courses menu of $23 for lunch and $33 for dinner is a very good deal. I ordered the escargot as the appetizer, the duck confit for main and the profiteroles as dessert. Everything came out as piping hot which was a delightful surprise. I love the escargots sauce as it was creamy and wish the bread could have been more fresher. The duck confit was a very good portion though I could have forego the fries. Profiteroles were sweet but I would have preferred dark chocolate. The Peach melba dessert was shown as listed on the licious website menu but was not available for lunch. A good experience in general. Service was prompt and efficient. Sunday, July 22nd.
