The thing about this city is that it drains you so much, but there’s a certain hug that makes you feel good. A hug saying “You did good, and you’ll do better tomorrow”. It’s not a bad thing. It’s not like you’re not satisfied of what you did. But there’s that kind of energy that makes you want to do more. It builds you, and you give credit to your history- it makes you embrace where you came from. It makes you share the world what you can do. And just like the people here, you also become a dreamer... (or maybe 10 years later you get tired, but whatever. It’s 1am and that’s what’s on my mind right now).
I enjoyed a full day of relaxing and eating before jumping in to my new adventure! ☕️🌭🌶🍅🍦🌽🧀 🍗
Tomorrow, I’m going to snap my ⒼⓄⓄⒹⒷⓎⒺ 🙋🏼♀️ ⓅⒽⓄⓉⓄⓈ and push ▶️ play on my brand new 4 day workout program 🏋🏼♀️ I’ve been talking about!! I am super nervous but excited to share this experience with my ladies. 🤩 This is the first time that a handful of us will be doing a program together ⒺⓋⒺⓇⓎ step of the way. 👭👭👭 This will hold us accountable but also allow us to share the struggles and triumphs of this journey. 💪🏻 Stay tuned as I update you on our progress! 💁🏼♀️ I know you will! 😘
This week's #photooftheweek goes to @wdychen for sharing beautiful "surf" and "turf" images of the @seaportdistrict.nyc @pier17ny and @geronimo's delightful art installation. Have a great birthday, Wendy and wear the #potw 👑 with pride! 🎂
Tag your Lower Manhattan shots #downiswhatsup so we can celebrate your thoughtful eye next week!
