So if you haven’t watched my Instagram story today, I am working on creating new healthy daily habits. Now that I have resolved the health issues I was dealing with for months, I want to make the absolute best of my life, physically and mentally. I’m waking up earlier, reading more, stretching and working out, showering earlier than later, and organising my work areas. I’m working on my positive thinking methods, and goal making. I’m drinking more water, and taking the right vitamins. I’m focusing on eating better, and taking better care of myself. If you have any insight on healthy habits that YOU put into action, tell me! I will be doing this for 30 days to hope to create steady healthy habits in my life. I also am hoping to become more comfortable in my own skin.
