Henry Ford lobbied for the 40 hour work week during a time where workers would often time work six days a week and anywhere from 12-16 hours. This still remains the norm today, but Ford mainly wanted workers to have two days off so they had time to go out and buy a car, or at the very least give them enough free time to want one.

I find it weird how many people (men) I’ve seen in Japan go out of their way to find unusual pets and then spend as much time as possible in busy public places, looking for attention. Like specifically more in this country than others I’ve been to. Mummy issues?
