Hey guys! Sorry I didnโ€™t post yesterday, itโ€™s been a really rough couple of days. Anyways! I am home schooled and it feels like time/the day will never end. Here are some of the ways I get through the day: color! I have tons of adult coloring books that are actually so fun! I never liked to color, but now it totally gets me through the day! I also watch tons and tons of tv shows and movies. Some of my favorites are Parks & Recreation, The Office, Brooklyn 99, Law and Order, Mind of Mencia, Greyโ€™s Anatomy and Live PD. Get arts and crafts!! I have this Playdoh flower kit and make your own lip balm and pottery. It is so much fun!!! To be honest with you, I was way too sick to stay at school. I tried a couple times but there was no way Iโ€™d make it. Iโ€™m on a medical leave from school and home schooled now. HOWEVER, I still have tips!!! The first one is to take it easy on yourself. You are sick and your teachers and friends should understand that. Get a doctorโ€™s note to be able to go to the bathroom whenever you need to, THAT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. Also, if you are in P.E., get a doctorโ€™s note to not participate. Bring a portable heating pad to school. Also, see if you can shorten your day with a free period! Ask your counselor about it! You donโ€™t have to attend all of your school events. If you miss homecoming, because youโ€™re too tired, thatโ€™s okay. As long as you can make it through the school day, thatโ€™s all you need. I know it sucks to be sick and excluded from everything, but your health is your first priority. Also, if youโ€™re not feeling good enough to work, donโ€™t over-work your self. Do what you can do. If you can do more, thatโ€™s great, but if you canโ€™t thatโ€™s okay too. Iโ€™m sure your teachers will understand, if not, talk to your principal. Enemas are syringes filled with water that are squeezed into your anus to soften your stool and to prevent/stop constipation. During my experience with chronic constipation, I have dealt with my fair share of enemas. HERE ARE THE TIPS! You definitely should do enemas right before you go to bed. A lot of people to say to do it in the morning, but then you will be in absolute excruciating pain all day. I am currently on muscle relaxers to fall asleep at night. If you are not on any medication like that I suggest that you take some NyQuil before you do your enema. Also, if you have middle level drugs like Tramadol or Tylenol with Codiene, I suggest that you take them a half an hour before you do the enema, that way it will already have gotten into your system. Have your heating pad plugged into the wall, when you go to the bathroom. The heating pad will definitely calm your stomach down. You also need a distraction while your on the toilet. If your mind is focused on your pain, your anxiety will go up, making your pain worse. Plug your earphones in and blast your favorite fight song. When the enema is over, make sure that you have a comfy space to rest your body in. Enemas are extremely painful but so helpful. However there are huge enemas and small enemas. Fleet enemas are a type of smaller enemas. I'm running on very little sleep, stomach pains, diarrhea, endo pain, and haven't eaten much in 3 days, but God once again has given me the strength to complete my orders. I love that even though I go through this horrible pain, I am able to create awesome cakes to bless my clients.

My IBS is acting up really bad today so I decided to try my new Stress Away bath bombs from @younglivingeo. Hoping the warm water and the essential oils will help. After being sick with a cold for 2 full weeks and now this, Iโ€™m so sad to miss my friends at the meeting tonight, but Iโ€™m glad for the provision to listen in.

Loads of protein minimal carbs (beans) and banana and pb/Nutella . Also had a glass of Pepsi max (it is Friday!) So I'm on day three of potty training my little man and glad the weather is finally looking a bit better whilst I'm on leave. I've been to the hairdressers this afternoon and while I haven't been able to workout or get the gym as easy this week I decided to walk so currently looking at 14k steps. So I'm on day three of potty training my little man and glad the weather is finally looking a bit better whilst I'm on leave. I've been to the hairdressers this afternoon and while I haven't been able to workout or get the gym as easy this week I decided to walk so currently looking at 14k steps. Ok. So, if you follow me you've seen a ton of pics with me, shake in hand, ready to take on the world. 
I drink Shakeology every single day. Not exaggerating. Every day.

I will spare you the gruesome details but assure you, it wasn't pretty. It wasn't easy. It was Hell. Twice I ended up in an ER. I felt hopeless and just thought, "This is my body. This is what it does." No amount of diet change, increase in activity, or hydration helped. 
I didn't start drinking Shakeology to solve this problem. I drank it because I had committed to my personal coach and my fellow challengers that I would drink it daily as part of a healthy lifestyle change. I had no intention of drinking it for more than a few days, much less the full month. But, I noticed fewer cravings, more energy, and an overall feeling of improved health. Combined with healthy eating and exercise, I lost weight and took major strides towards a full, healthy life. It was a few weeks in before I even realized it had solved my chronic digestive issues. Then I thought that maybe it was a coincidence. But here I am, over 365 Shakeology shakes later with ZERO rebounds.  None. 
Am I (or Beachbody for that matter) guaranteeing you the same results? No. But, I will tell you MY story. Thought to myself a little goat cheese is good.  Added a little to my egg whites.  Shortly after dinner I went from 100mph to a dead stop, stomach is bloated up an entirely bigger size in a matter of minutes. I know what foods to avoid and I have to pay attention if I want to continue feeling good. Painful, horrifying cramps now. No more goat cheese. Ever. I'm seeing way too many amazing vegan eats in Bristol lately. Vegan but not gluten free unfortunately. Some things sounds good enough to suffer for. The Small Bar haggis sandwich was definitely one of those things! (See amazing full menu in previous gram.) I thought the sandwich itself for was ok. Tbh all I could taste was the American mustard and rocket. And the haggis couldn't compete with the very crunchy bread. The chips were stunning. I definitely want to go back & try a hot dog though. ๐Ÿ˜€ up until 2 weeks ago I 'didn't like peanut butter' when in actual fact I was just scared of it incase I had a reaction, nausea, bloating & pain which would take me days to recover from, I've been avoiding so many foods over the past few years my portions were tiny & I stuck to the same safe snacks. So  I've been trying new foods which have turned out not to be scary at all there's no way I could fuel the distances I was running every day on just rice cakes and blueberries!
