LSE has recently opened a new vegan café, so I went to have a look!
It's really great that universities start to offer those kind of places, both for vegan students and for those who aren't, as a way to make them realise how tasty vegan food can be!
Mr @axelschura shows that vegans aren't the skinny, emaciated stereotype they used to be.
Now vegans are seen as healthy, happy and strong people.
What's your favourite way to show others what vegans are really like?
We love wearing vegan t-shirts and becoming walking advertisement boards for something that matters.
To get your Vegan Classic tee, visit our website, DM or get in Bali.
Made sustainably from bamboo, with profits helping us rescue street animals in Bali (like Bailey - see our last post).
THAT BITCH AINT YOUR FRIEND ...
The inner voice isn't always nice .
We have the proverbial angel vs devil in our heads as well as on our shoulders .
How others see us and how we see ourselves are completely different.
The inner critic ( the head devil) never has anything nice to say, and unfortunately he usually speaks the loudest.
Your stupid, your fat, your old, no one cares , your not good enough, you will never amount to anything , you pretty much just suck...and on and on he goes like it's his job. It is .
If a real person said half of that crap most of us would do one or both of these things:
-Ignore him and and/or walk away
-Punch him in the mouth , then walk away 😉
So why don't we do that to that little bastard?
Hey look at her over there, she looks cute and spunky ..
Maybe for once we should listen to that chick, the one with the sparkles and the pom poms.
And that adorable outfit.
She looks fun..
5 bananas 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌, 1/2 a teaspoon of tumeric, 1 level teaspoon of cinnamon, 400ml of soya milk, 500ml of cold water, teaspoon of chia seeds ( good luck me getting those out my teeth 😂), teaspoon hemp seeds and teaspoon flaxseed blended up to make a smoothie👌I also have a large glass of water and a mug of peppermint tea 🌱
Homemade soy burgers I always cook to keep handy 😄 throughout the day I like to eat these a lot! I add mustard seeds, cayenne pepper, oats, texturized soy, parsley and candeal wheat flour 💚🐢🌱 #veganlove

⁉️Can Vegans Eat Honey⁉️ Hotly-debated 🍯honey🍯 often raises the same question that eggs, cheese, and butter do—Is it ?! By definition, vegans do not eat animals or use animal products, typically for ethical or environmental reasons. While bees make honey themselves, which is an animal product, whether you consume it or not depends on your beliefs as a vegan.
Can VEGAN eat honey depends on your individual views as a vegan.
Whether it's clover, wildflower, or even manuka honey, we've explored both sides of the argument to help you decide if this syrupy sweetener is right for you.
I eat 😉 honey and that’s WHY: ☝️Many vegans abstain from honey for ethical and environmental reasons. From 2015 to 2016, beekeepers in the United States reported an overall loss of 44% of their colonies in warmer and colder months. Whether you’re vegan or non-vegan, this is a concerning finding—bees thrive in warm weather, so some colony loss in cold weather is expected. Year-round loss, however, is more alarming and could evidence issues with current beekeeping practices.
However, a 2013 study by the University of Illinois confirmed that honey contains essential nutrients that bees need to stay strong and healthy. Without a honey-rich diet, bees are more susceptible to disease outbreaks that can wipe out entire colonies. For vegans, this practice raises the ❗️question❗️ - If honey is an essential part of bees’ survival, do humans have any part in harvesting it for themselves? While honey is energy rich, and accepted as a healthy sweetener, it is by no means essential to human survival.
Do you eat honey?! Do you think VEGANs should avoid eating honey? Why?! #veganhoney#veganhoneycomb#queervegan#vegansport#bodybuildinglifesyle#fitnesswears#fitnessmodel#fitnessaddict#coucher#gymmylove#fitnesswears#veganbodycare#veganbodyandfitness#veganbodybuilder#AvroraGunko#veganbikinigirl 🌱
October 30th 2018 - my first Cow Vigil..🐄
Being vegetarian isn't enough.
I was vegetarian for a majority of my life, but the dairy industry (along with egg) is just as bad, as the dairy industry feeds to the meat industry eventually anyways, but it holds more evil ...🥛
I know I just posted a lot on my ChickenVigil post, so I'll keep this short..ish
Female cows are raped in order to become pregnant, and within 24 hours to 72 IF LUCKY ENOUGH, babies are ripped away from their mothers (after birth). Why?
Well we can't have that calf drink our human-craved-for COWS milk, that's so weird!! 🐄
A calf drinking cow milk? Na - says the dairy industry. .🥛
Anyways back to the facts....Mother's will cry out for days, even weeks, with a discovered different call for each baby. As within the lifespan of a dairy cow(4yrs, natural cow lifespan 10+) she will be impregnated 3-4 times. 3-4 babies ripped from her instantly after birth.
If the baby calf is male, he is either shot in the head, dead, instantly. OR he lives for just about 4 months, still completely separated from his mother, in a pen where he won't be able to move for that entire time..as his muscles are product-seen as veal... At about the 4month mark tHEn he will be shot dead.
If the calf is female, she replaces her mum once she is "spent"...'spent' meaning USELESS to THE INDUSTRY..because her body can no longer stand the harsh machines sucking milk out of her body at insane speeds, she dies because of our craving for milk, we literally break her down, after breaking her heart and world 3-4 times by stealing and murdering her babies...because 'product', following? 🖤
She(the mother) is then sent to slaughter.
Rape, kidnapping, exploitation, murder , repeat. 🥛
#DairyIsScary please watch #Dominion 🚫✊🏼
**Did you know that some cows are sent to slaughter WHILE PREGNANT?!? There are giant bins outside of any cow slaughterhouse, for the remains..yes, but also for tons of unborn babies... some are sold to slaughter pregnant as it adds to the weight/thickness of a mother cow.
Would we treat Man's Best Friend like this?
We couldn't FATHOM.
💚🌱 #GoVegan#Veganismo#IAmVegan#Ubatuba#Viagem#VeganaViajando#PraiaGrande#Pastel#PastelVegano#Praia
