Наша нервная система постоянно находит для нас самый лучший способ движения, мышления, реакции и действия из всех ей доступных. Мы постоянно обучаемся, каждый момент жизни впитывая в себя все, что происходит с нами на сознательном и подсознательном уровнях восприятия.

Все, что мы делаем и это нравится мозгу, все это нервная система забирает с собой в повседневную жизнь как позитивный опыт.

Все, что нервная система считывает как негативный опыт, все, что нам не нравится, она или отвергает или забывает или включает много напряжения в теле заранее для самозащиты, если сталкивается с чем-то подобным повторно. Негативный опыт делает человека уязвимым, больным, слабым, создает лишнее напряжение в теле, истощает. Это может привести к зажимам в теле, замедлению восприятия ситуации, торможению или агрессии.

Для нас важно, чтобы все, что Вы делаете в зале становилось частью Вашей жизни, чтобы весь этот позитивный опыт движения затем использовался Вами вне зала, расширяя Ваши двигательные возможности, избавляясь от страха, боли, торможения и напряжения, увеличивая Вашу зону комфорта самым естественным способом. Для нас важно, чтобы весь этот позитивный опыт движения накапливался в Вашем теле, улучшал восприятие себя, образа себя, осанку и легкость движения. Сам навык осознавания своей зоны комфорта очень важен не только в зале на занятиях, а и в повседневной жизни для принятия важных решений.

От перекатов к приседам на одной ноге! Отличное завершение моей тренировки. #rollinglikeaball это упражнение в пилатесе относится к разряду перевернутых упражнений (имеются противопоказания), требующих динамической стабильности поясницы и шеи! 
Переход на ноги - это функциональный подъем из положения лежа в сидя. С сыном, играя на полу, часто выполняем в качестве игры.
Присед и приседы на одной ноге "пистолетиком" готовят мой ОДА к жизни стоя: ходьбе , бегу и другим активным видам отдыха!

HIP ABD/ADD (Reformer). .
Steps:
1️⃣ Step onto base, and then the carriage
2️⃣ Keep core & pelvis stable 
3️⃣ Push carriage out into ABD
4️⃣ Pull carriage back in with control

Springs:
* Lighter springs → work on hip ADD
* Heavier spring → work on hip ABD
Variation:
* Knees straight
* Knees bent: push one leg at a time
* Press into magic circle for enhanced core activation
.
Benefits:
⭐️ Hip ABD strengthening & eccentric control
With a heavier spring, you'll be working on your hip ABD. Bending your knees into a mini-squat can also increase the firing of your glute med on both the standing leg and moving leg. The standing leg needs to have good stability at the hips in order for the other leg to push the heavy springs out into ABD. Slowly coming back to starting position works on eccentric control of the glute med as well. If you really want to work on your standing leg stability try this out.

⭐️ Hip ADD strengthening & stretch
With a lighter spring, it's be easier to push the carriage out into hip ABD, but it'll be a challenge to pull the carriage back in. You can also get a nice hip ADD stretch by holding the carriage out. Pull the carriage slightly in for a few pulses, then push out for a good hip ADD stretch.

⭐️ Pelvic floor strengthening
This occurs in conjunction with the hip ADD strengthening on the lighter spring. Every time you pull the carriage back into hip ADD, think about pulling your pelvic floor up towards the ceiling. The hip ADD activity can help facilitate pelvic floor activation, which in turn helps lift your core up during the exercise. Add a magic circle between your hands to squeeze to further stabilize your core.

Post run fun! Most of the time when I use my roller after a run, I focus on the upper parts of my legs/hips/glutes. Today I gave a little extra TLC to my shins, and wowza! Add a little core/oblique work and shoulder stability and voila! Total body for the win! Hardest part for me: on the sides, keeping hips up while offering a deeper massage to the calves. Chair, Trapeze and pulls mimicking TRX, oh my!! I love combining my Pilates toys into one making the multi-purpose simultaneously. In this example, we see the client using the "up" of the chair to assist her climbing while the her arms are getting the resistance from the pulls (I used the purple ones) and the same goes on the way down  helping her use her own body weight to create the power #iampolestar

Первое упражнение!  Если вы явно опускаетесь,  смещаясь в сторону относительно коврика,  есть ЧТО выравнивать! 😁

Дополнительно вы:
⛄поработаете над мобильностью позвоночника;
⛄подготовитесь к упражнению Roll up;
⛄укрепите центр;
⛄это будет хорошей разминкой к следующему блоку упражнений для ног! 👣
. 
1. Roll up с поддержкой: 
сидя с прямой спиной правую ногу удерживайте под бедром. На выдох подкручиваем таз вперед,  направляя копчик под себя вперед. Укладываем позвонок за позвонком всю спину на пол. Лежа - вдох. И на выдох позвонок за позвонком отклеиваем всю спину,  перекатываясь в положение "сидя".
По 5 раз каждой ногой . 
2. Single leg stretch. Лежа на спине с выдохом выполните сгибание позвоночника в грудном отделе. Вытяните одну ногу вверх,  другую вперед вдоль пола. Одноименная рука фиксирует верхнюю ногу снаружи,  другая - изнутри за голень. С помощью рук согнитесь чуть лучше,  погружаясь пупком внутрь. Вход. И на выдох поменяйте ноги. С помощью рук снова чуть улучшите сгибание позвоночника,  а ноги чуть больше удлините. 
10-12 повторений. .

What exactly is this? During human development the spinal column grows faster and further than the spinal cord. The spinal cord will end up developing to around L1 and then it branches into the various nerves which will exit out of of the spinal column at its corresponding locations. .

Why do we care? The human body is amazing. And this is why spinal taps are done in the lumbar - there is cerebral spinal fluid here and you don’t injure the spinal cord. Also, there is a rare syndrome, cauda equina syndrome, which is the result of compression or injury to this bundle which enervates the organs of the pelvis, pelvis, and legs. .
