This is sooo on point. Sometimes it is a challenge explaining all of what my youth organization @i_am_avessel mission is ... because it’s so many complexities with the younger generation. Complexities that have to be addressed no matter how puzzling or difficult they may seem. Our youth have so many options of living in today’s world that they don’t have a formula to live by. My reason for creating I Am A Vessel Youth Movement is to impart a new culture. This was confirming for me this morning as I have been working to better articulate the heart behind the mission were on. My art exhibit explores these conversations. Join me and other youth advocates, educators, community leaders on Sept 8th. Link in bio

I got a beautiful new crystal today. This is a Mangano Calcite stone. It’s so dreamy. Aren’t God’s creations so remarkable? I am so in awe of the beauty of this stone that He created.
Mangano Calcite is known as the Reiki stone. This will come with me, along with the Holy Spirit, each time I do Reiki on someone. I love how God’s healing energy is in everything that He spoke into existence and we can use His creations, His energy, and things from nature as He intended, to bring about healing in our bodies.
Did you know that God created our bodies to heal themselves? He did! He’s even given us the tools. Some of the tools are considered evil by some religions/people/denominations, and that bothers me. Satan didn’t create stones and crystals, oils, plants, etc. God did!! I find it unfortunate that so many have given credit to the power of some of God's creations over to Satan. Satan doesn't deserve any of that credit, and he certainly doesn't have creative or healing power or ability.
Most people think they have to pray without ceasing and beg and plead for healing... I don’t believe that to be the case. I believe God gave us nutrient-dense food, plants, Reiki, emotional release, essential oils, physical movement, plants, stones/crystals, positive mindset, how we speak and think all to be building blocks to support our bodies so they will function as He created- to heal themselves!
Early last year God told me He wanted me to show His children that Healing is for everyone and it may come wrapped in packaging they originally believed to be bad or evil, but He wants to be put back into His creations and doesn’t want Satan getting credit for things that He (God) spoke into existence to assist us and give us the life that Christ died to ensure we all have. God has put fire in my heart- a mission if you will, of putting God the Creator and Healer back into what the New Age movement and the devil have 'stolen' from Him. It's taken me until now to no longer have fear in sharing this with you guys.
2 Timothy 2:22 "RUN from the EVIL things that young people long for, try hard to do what is right. Have faith, love and peace"
If you pursue righteousness, you are face to face with God. Stay facing forward & press onward to the mark of the high calling in Christ Jesus 🙌

I want to take a moment to thank one of Philly’s top trainers and author @maleek_jackson. He took time out of his busy schedule to train and speak with 2 of I Am A Vessel Youth members. What impact it had on these young individuals hearing his life story. Thank you for helping me plant seeds!

Sunday Morning Encouragement! .
Do not just pretend to work hard, serve honestly and with integrity! The lord rewards those who serve Him. .
Do what you are doing with all your heart. No matter what the job, put your heart into it. .
When you put your heart into what you are doing, it shines through! Let yourself be a vessel for God to work through you and reach others. .
Be loving and kind, and do all you do with love, love for the Father, who is always there for you and will protect and reward you for your work.
Have a beautiful Sunday!!
Yesterday I took my grandpa to see one of his childhood friends that lives in Dallas. On the way there he shared a story with me about his dad from the 1940s. He grew up in a very small town in Texas that predominately had white people. His dad hired one of the first black men, a man that had recently moved away from Dallas. One day when my grandpa was a child, he went to work with them. His dad brought a thermos filled with water and had one cup with it. When it was time to drink the water, his dad filled the cup and passed it to the man. The man asked where his cup was. He told him he only had one cup and they could share it. The man said where he was from, that’s not allowed. That they had to drink from separate places because of their skin color. His dad told him we work together and we drink together, it doesn’t matter what color our skin is, we are the same inside. 😊
It really got me thinking about life and how progressive that was for his time. His dad was doing something that a lot of the country didn’t agree with at the time. He was 100% right, even though some people didn’t feel that way. That didn’t matter to his dad and he didn’t see it either. He just did what he felt was right in his heart. ❤️ 💜
My grandpa shared this story with me that I had never heard before and the timing couldn’t have been more perfect. At times I step back and look at things that I’m doing and notice that it’s not what the majority of people are doing. It’s different from what a lot of people do, think, believe and feel... and yet, it feels so right in my heart. He inspired me. ❤️💜 So I’m going to keep doing what I’m doing. Keep being the light and love that’s missing, that people can’t quite see right now or have forgotten about. There are those out there seeking it, just as I was. Knowing that there’s another way to live life, without fear, anger and a skepticism about people and life in general. 💜❤️
