Rough start to the morning, but felt good this afternoon so took advantage of the opportunity and crushed Day 31/56 Back + Bis 💪🏻👊🏻 Feeling super stoked cuz I got my flight to Orlando booked today for our Team Retreat next month, AND IT’S NOT A RED EYE 🤗🤗🤗 haha!
I used to always have to take em whenever I was flying back east so I didn’t lose a whole day traveling because I had to ration out my vacation days at my job.
This year all I had to think about was how @ashley.radetich (fellow fitness influencer on my team) and I were gonna coordinate our flights from Phoenix and Vegas to get to town at the same time 🤔✈️ 👍🏻 Did I mention that I’m sooooo freakin proud of her??? She worked her ass off to qualify for this trip and I’m so happy that I get to treat her to it as a reward for all that hard work and celebrate poolside with her for how many ladies she’s helped! 🥂👙😎 You know you can be at the next retreat with us right??? 👯♀️ Link in bio to apply! 👆🏻✍🏻
If it was only about the number on the scale…I’d have quit a longass time ago 🙄
Tracked my 4-week progress yesterday and was ⬆️ 0.5 lbs since starting this program…I’d be lying if I said that at first I wasn’t sliiiiiiiightly discouraged by seeing that 😣 but then I checked my measurements and saw that I’m ⬇️ 2.25 inches total. Took my pics and could see a little more definition in my stomach (always the first place I gain and the last place I lose…down an inch so far 👊🏻) So I thought to myself…my goal when I started this program was to get leaner and stronger…I’ve lost inches and am lifting heavier weights for literally EVERY single move compared to a month ago…why in god’s name would I let a number on a piece of glass make me NOT celebrate TF out of those successes??? 🤔🤷🏻♀️ 4 weeks down and 4 more weeks to go…can’t wait to see how much progress I can make between now and then 🙌🏻 P.S.
