Judgment is a protection mechanism. You judge when you don’t feel aligned to someone else’s beliefs. You judge when you feel #insecure . You judge when you don’t want to be #vulnerable . You judge when you feel left out. -

Josh asked me ahead of time if I wanted the teleprompter because it’s easy to forget what you want to say once the camera and lights are on.
I said no because the quality of video suffers when you use a teleprompter.
Instead of connecting with your intended audience, you are reading a script. I’ve used them before, in situations where I had a lot of things to say in a particular way.
And it’s not my favorite way to create content because it feels like a performance rather than a connection.
Thats why I think we love LIVE video so much! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Let’s get the real message from the heart - with the pauses, the the pure authenticity ;-)
Practice what you want to say. Rehearse it. Write it out.
The preparation pays off! Then throw the script away and let your heart speak. It will be infinitely better because our clients and customers want to hear from our heart, not a scripted text.
This is not just for video - it’s also good practice to reverse what you’ll say to clients when you meet them for a free consultation as well.

converso com pessoas lindas, corpos #esculturais , mas que estão mergulhadas em uma amargura, numa depressão sem fim por achar que serão melhores aceitas se entrarem no rigido controle de qualidade social e da beleza ..e que fora essa regra, serão anátemas da sociedade.
Imagina voce, ver uma #mansão linda por fora, e quando entra pela porta, no seu interior esta vazio, com as paredes ainda aparecendo tijolos...? é um pouco intrigante e ate mesmo frustrante....pois bem, vivemos numa sociedade onde muitas pessoas vivem como a mansão do exemplo...demonstram felicidade nas #redes#sociais , mas por dentro sao vazias...demonstram estar feliz com o seu corpo, mas no fundo ficam contando #likes das pessoas e fazendo disso uma medida de #aprovação social.
existe uma teoria da amplitude de modulação de falhas.... que nada mais é, de fortificarmos apenas um lado para aparentar ser mais #forte nessa questão do que realmente somos, sabe aquela pessoa que tem um #Iphone mas tira a foto de dentro de casa onde as paredes ainda estao nos tijolos? pois bem... é assim que funcionam....mentalmente essas pessoas sao guiadas a cada vez mais "crescerem" fisicamente para se mostrarem fortes, atraentes, cobiçados, e na ponta extrema inversa, existe uma falta de auto aceitacao...de auto conhecimento, de plenitude emocional.... tenho... conheço...e convivo com pessoas assim... e cada dia que passa, conheco mais pessoas #fitness fisicamente...e "fatness" mentalmente, extremamente ativos fisicamente...e tao mórbidos sedentarios mentalmente.... é preciso sempre que haja um equilíbrio entre mente e corpo... não adianta ter um corpo saudável,bonito,atletico, cobiçado e uma mente fraca, destruida, desalinhada...assim como também nao adiantará ter a mente de um sábio, e um corpo ausente de cuidados... busque sempre o #equilibrio#hypnosis#hipnoterapeuta#coaching#coach#think#hypnotherapy#mind#set#life

Have you ever started a diet and the first suggestion is to eat less and eliminate certain foods?
⚡️I’ve been there, done that. My goal used to be to eat as little as possible and only eat “clean.” But fast forward 5 years and I want to share a strategy I’ve learned for losing fat.. Eat MORE not less.
🤔More food?? Well, I’m talking about more low calorie foods like fibrous veggies 🥒🥦🍆 This is called volume eating - eating lots up on veggies will keep you satiated and provide you with fiber, vitamins and micronutrients and help you stay full longer!
🤭If I’m constantly hungry or not truly satisfied after a meal, I tend to keep thinking about food. The more food is on our minds, the more we tend to eat!
🧠Volume eating is a great strategy to reduce binge-filled weekends or *fuck it meals* because psychologically, when you eat lots of veggies, you feel full and you don’t feel like you are restricting yourself. The power of low calorie foods like fibrous veggies is a sure way to lose fat, feel full and avoid the binge/diet cycle. 📈📉
🥗If you’re filling at least half of your plate with veggies, you will be full and eat a lot less calories in the process. Some of my favorites are: cauliflower, zucchini, broccoli, cucumbers, squash, green leafy veggies, eggplant, brussel sprouts, lima beans, artichoke, and peppers.
