Truly one of the more esoteric teachings... I even feel slightly reluctant to share just because referring to All That Is™️ as ‘father’ isn’t my preference of how I wish to present what’s true ...but it’s no secret that we have a lot more control over our bodies/health than we think. The placebo effect is one instance but even that has a hint of limitation based on a belief held in the collective. Hypnotic suggestions can recreate blisters on the skin by sheer suggestion but consider that every thought is literally a hypnotic suggestion to the unconscious mind and thats the best guide of what you’re making right now. When aligned with the truth you allow the body to reflect perfect health because the body has never been a cause but always an effect and has always an illusion. I’ve been willing to try these ideas and they’ve seemed to work perfectly for me and others I’ve shared them with. Try not to get too caught up in the form the lessons present themselves as but rather the content.
As most of you know I have always been so into self development physically.. but something I don’t bring to the social media platform is that the past few years I have suffered from a number mental health issues, I do speak about these openly to those who are intrigued and may benefit from knowing how I got through those dark times and how I manage them even to this day.
About 4 years back, In one of my darkest times, I found my mind spiralling uncontrollably, a feeling I had no idea how to combat and to be honest.. I didn’t want to be here anymore.
I got took to see a therapist who was qualified in hypnotherapy, the technique calmed my mind even when I was fighting against it.. it was powerful.
Since then I have always been interested in the mind and how important it is to have a healthy mind along side a healthy body.
In the recent weeks I have had an awakening in what I want to do.. So Today I qualified as a clinical hypnotherapist👌🏻This means if you have any mind issues we can work on transforming you not only physically but mentally 💯🙏🏻

So many things! I love sitting, getting to watch films with my girls and snuggling in pyjamas. I love going round show homes for decorating inspiration, I get really excited when new ones open and I can look! 😆 I love going out for dinner and not having to cook. I love rearranging furniture, rooms and objects in my house. I love planning and organising how things will happen/work... basically anything I can get down in a notebook. I always love a ‘house’ day, I find it cleansing and therapeutic to declutter and start fresh. I also love to sit and read and I love it when my ideal home magazine comes through my door each month! I’m sure there’s a lot more I could add to this but will stop there 💕
When you feel that tension building. The stress of fight or flight, where you are being triggered into thinking there is an emergency. Just breathe. Remember, you are a problem solver and you can handle anything that comes your way. By breathing deeply you are able to reconnect with your conscious brain so that you can get back to using your logic, reasoning, decision making, and willpower. #justbreathe

💭We all have formed our own definitions of happiness right from childhood. A lot of these perceptions are because of conditioned development i.e. they are a part of our habits due to repetitive modelling by parents, teachers and the society in general.
💭That is why, none of us has actually pondered about what exactly makes us feel happy! This feeling has been left to our sub-conscience and we simply feel the happiness according to the situation we are in.
👑A lot of small things can give happiness to us. For instance, just the thought of shopping or spending money tends to excite us and makes us feel happy.
👑Opportunities and new ideas also have a similar effect on us. This excited state makes us imagine things related to these incidents. For example: the perspective of going on vacation while getting an office bonus would not only make us excited, but also make us plan and imagine the holiday.
👑In fact, we would feel the bliss without actually being on the vacation itself!
💭However, when being on the actual vacation, the excitement tends to settle down as one begins to feel contented.

If you are offered a do-over, take it. It's your opportunity to see for yourself how you can take the same core ingredients (experiences) and create something different. For example, in last Thursday's version of this, the rig I used to hold the bamboo pole shifted during dance and the mask mobile drooped down to the ground. I was inspired to correct this issue and created a great rig combining my old Bogen tripod with a piece from my old photo copy stand. The new rig is super solid and adjustable.
The new foundation rigging inspired me to do some slightly different lighting. And different lighting led me to drape different fabric (admittedly it was a bit challenging to LET GO of the sheer fabric with the sparkly stars). I'm so glad I did though. Here, I'm attempting to recreate the efffect Jennifer @i.tinkstudios created when we collaborated on THE ORACLE piece earlier this year. See? More recycling. Pay attention and learn from your friends.
Another interesting curve ball was thrown my way, @julianmarcwalker didn't bring his light, which usually creates the beautiful underwater effect on the back wall. No big deal. I just opened up the fabric and let some of my light shine and do its thing.
Does this all sound like one big metaphor for change? It does, doesn't it? And it's one of the ways I work as a hypnotherapist, using metaphors for change. Maybe you're ready to revisit an old experience and create a new story for yourself. Here are Hypnofitt's 5 rules to a healthy, happy life....
1. Focus on yourself. Be a positive influence of change to those around you. Don't distract yourself from your own improvement list by focusing on someone else's. We are all human, we are all one. What we do as individuals to grow will help us as a whole to grow.
2. STAY ACTIVE! Try new things until you find what works for you or just keep trying new things, that's always invigorating! There's an endless list of options...... yoga, qigong, weightlifting, boxing, biking, swimming, pilates, pole dancing, tai chi, HIIT, and the list goes on.
3. Along with finding something that will keep you going physically, search for a mental health exercise as well. Meditation is huge, hypnosis is unbelievable and there are definitely many other tools you can use to improve/alter your mental well-being. Some things you could try are journaling, practicing gratitude, breathing exercises, hypnotherapy, yoga and meditation.
4. Fuel your body. Eat for nutrition rather than for pleasure. You can find plenty of healthy and delicious meals and substitutes to try. Put value you on it and you are more likely to do it. It is important for many reasons.... eating poorly can lead to unwanted weight gain or loss, malnutrition and can be the culprit of many diseases and other health concerns.
5. Keep moving fwd. As life goes on, you will stumble and you will fall, but getting back up and moving fwd with a new perspective, more knowledge and experience, and a dedication to personal growth is essential. There is a lesson in every "mistake," it is our job to figure it out and learn from that lesson. Where we are now is a direct result of the choices we have made. If you are not happy with your current reality, make different choices. Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can, you are your only limit.

To bring the last post back to balance...When you do give others advice when they ask for it, we forget sometimes that the advice we give to others may in some way also apply to our own lives,’ either currently or in stages over time. .
Many times I find myself in sync and using examples in my own life helps the person who’s asked for my counsel. In telling a story people actually are able to pull out the meaning behind it for themselves....When you find yourself giving advice to others take a look back and see where in your life it could help you as well. .
Maybe it may not apply, just things or behaviours in others you may need to avoid for the time. .
Advice given to others is best kept in the back of your mind, :) #lettherebelight you never know when it may come in handy as a reminder for you.

| A D V I C E | Good advice is always a plus, but it’s amazing how easily we become lost in the advice of others. .
You have something amazing happen to you, and the moment you share the news, everyone is on your front door with their two cents worth. .
Although it’s nice to have supportive people around you, at the end of the day; acknowledge how you feel about the matter, what are your values in this? How would YOU like to conduct yourself...even if sometimes you receive a “that’s stupid” or “you’re crazy” attitude from others...which can make you doubt yourself and end up making the wrong, accidental or rash decisions for a time, (or all of the above) until you can spend time on you enough to hear yourself think and then come back to balance in your core and your respectful attitude. All you can do is your best and your best changes everyday #fouragreements . Ultimately it’s not their decision to make and your inner voice, that’s the most important. .
You know what’s good for you, and how much you can handle in life, and not only that, it’s not worth offending something truly incredible and risking your values, ethics and your spirit over. .only for you to regret it later and be truly, intensely sorry...we all make mistakes and are human, so there’s no point in being hard on yourself or others.
There’s nothing but regret in potentially hurting someone else when you don’t make your gut and heart decisions though. You’ve got more to gain by doing what you feel in your heart is the right thing to do, so it’s important to remain firm in these moments with others and continually better at it everyday until you master it.
Universe knows best. .

❇️ Do you have love, support, care, kindness in your life? Do the people around you?
❇️ Do you need help with a labour project whether around the house or with paperwork? Do the people around you?
❇️ Are you upset about anything that you don’t know how to solve. Is there anyone around you that feels this way?
❇️ Are all your needs met? The people around you, have they had all their needs met recently or is there something lacking?
In our circle of friends and/or family we forget that even the people that look like our heroes, need some hero support and help too...notice things and ask or offer help with something particular...oftentimes people won’t ask for help because they feel alone, like no one understands them, or they are just too shy, or proud.
We could all use a little help sometimes, not only does it bring us all back to happiness as everyone in our circle affects everyone else including our moods...it also allows for strength and growth. #lettherebelight Don’t also assume that every circle does this either, if everyone in your circle is ok, make sure to reach out to someone else as well. ❤️✌️📸@canva
