Gotta stick with my program!! Today was rest day and we are allowed any workout besides what the program focuses on...which is lifting and HIIT. Which is another reason this program is GREAT! I can do other things!! The 3 recovery days each week in my program are fair game...so this week on vacay we will hike, swim and DO WHATEVER WE WANT!!☺️ If you love yoga...running... or orange theory... or CrossFit... or ANYTHING... 💪🏼🏃🏻♀️🤺🚴🏻♀️🧘🏻♀️this is an awesome program to hybrid with what you’re doing for greater results!

How to do cardio, without really doing cardio:
This hybrid exercise gives you the muscle building benefits of weight training and the fat burning benefits of cardio. By holding the dumbbells halfway up and walking forward and sideways over the bench, I’m strengthening my arms, while simultaneously improving my cardiovascular endurance and stamina.
Designing your own compound flow movement not only makes you think about the areas you need to work on, it helps your mind focus your effort to those areas😇💪. Being the creator gives you the drive to workout to the best of your ability and keep practicing until you get it just right.
It builds your confidence and in the fresh air your energy levels soar! You burn a lot of calories and you worked out most of your body.
This example includes some full body:
Inchworm walk out
Lunge to squat jumps
Three way plank glute kickbacks
Jumping push up clap
Crab hip thrust
Note 1) Plank glute kickbacks are a pilates exercise that primarily targets the abs and to a lesser degree also targets the glutes and hamstrings .
Note 2) Jumping push up clap (plyometric strength exercise for chest)
Note 3) you can always adjust the intensity of your workout for example normal push up instead of explosive, maybe x8 reps of lunges instead of 2. I did it for 1 minute. Decided to change things up today and did a little Slim in 6 Cardio Core + Slim & 6 pack!
OMG! I totally forgot about these workouts. Slim in 6 was my very first Beachbody program and I got some pretty awesome results in my midsection which is where I am needed the most work now. Sooooo I created a hybrid of 80 Day Obsession and Slim in 6 for the next 6 weeks. 😍🙌🏻💪🏻 42 days til Vacay! 🌴👙💃🏻🐬☀️

I recently started a new hybrid program composed of 2 different programs perfectly intertwined. For somebody who works out on a regular basis, I am taking lots of pictures because my mind is blown by how sore I have been. Wanted to see if there was any change since starting on June 25, so I made a comparison pic.
These results made me so excited that I'm sharing before and after from less than 3 weeks progress! Can't wait to see what is to come.
