This example includes some full body: 
Inchworm walk out
Lunge to squat jumps
Three way plank glute kickbacks
Jumping push up clap
Leg through(breakdance)
Scorpion
Crab hip thrust 
Note 1) Plank glute kickbacks are a pilates exercise that primarily targets the abs and to a lesser degree also targets the glutes and hamstrings .
Note 2) Jumping push up clap (plyometric strength exercise for chest)
Note 3) you can always adjust the intensity of your workout for example normal push up instead of explosive, maybe x8 reps of lunges instead of 2.  I did it for 1 minute. Reduce your movement  speed and do it for 3 minutes instead. Decided to change things up today and did a little Slim in 6 Cardio Core + Slim & 6 pack! 
OMG! I totally forgot about these workouts. Slim in 6 was my very first Beachbody program and I got some pretty awesome results in my midsection which is where I am needed the most work now. Sooooo I created a hybrid of 80 Day Obsession and Slim in 6 for the next 6 weeks. 😍🙌🏻💪🏻 42 days til Vacay! 🌴👙💃🏻🐬☀️

It has been for FOREVER since I have hit the streets for a run. I think that beautiful CALI boardwalk inspired me....shoulda woulda coulda! And this sunrise 😍😍😍!!! I have a four day workout week....which is so liberating cause it’s pushing me to FINALLY sign up for a race!!!!!! Matt is starting LIIFT4 tomorrow, Beachbody’s new program where you only workout 4 days a week, 30-40 minutes each workout and have cheat days built into the meal plan!

I’m still doing my second round of 80DO but I’ll be adding in LIIFT4 workouts with Matt. I’ve also added in an extra meal for me to account for the extra workout. Gotta keep my body fueled!!
