So this is the picture I clicked while I was on my way to the photowalk (my very first one).
#Storytime#MumbaiLocalstories : I was on jogeshwari station and I had to go to churchgate so I boarded the train.
Thankfully it wasn't rush hour so I sat down and in front of me I saw a dark skinned girl wearing her shiny diwali dress , eating a biscuit.
On the next station, Andheri, a tall chubby girl with her mother boarded the train and sat right in front of me .
Now , I'm not a person who would watch videos on my phone or listen to songs while travelling alone in a train.
So I start observing these two kids , not creepily though.
The chubby girl's mother was telling her daughter to study for her marathi exam in the train . Although the girl was hesitant she started writing marathi words in her notebook .
The girl with the shiny dress looked at the girl beside her studying and her eyes lit up!
She probably did not understand a word she was writing but she was looking at the girl with so much shock and awe.
Her eyes told me that she hoped to study and then she told something to her mother who was sitting beside me in a language I had no idea about. ( but it was probably something about studying )
Both the girls smiled at each other.
The girl who was studying took out a bunch of roses from her bag and gave it to the girl !
The girl smiled so wide and waved a goodbye to me and the girl who gave her the roses !
That is a picture of the girl who received the roses.
That smile made my heart melt !
Moral: Be grateful for whatever you have in life!
Doesn't make sense because story and moral ka kuch connection nahi hai lol but tell me if you want more of these storytimes 😅
