Be strong by going to your edge and breathing. At work and in life we are constantly on and pushing ourselves through challenges.
When we practice yoga we can pause in the practice and life, use the method of breath work to push past our fears but also know our limits. We can breath, release and let go of events that aren’t serving us. When holding a pose and feeling the strength of our muscles working we can imagine this when we are confronting a challenge and how we need to walk through it, live it, and get through to the other side.
Take ahold of your day, be courageous, take a deep breath and go for it.

In reality, as a small business owner/operator running a one woman show, you don’t simply switch off and walk away no matter how much planning and preparation has been done to set yourself up for success.
In saying this, it is important to still take a break, step back and get away.
I am currently on holidays with my family and whilst I have dialled into a few meetings and needed to keep on top of some actions, I have still been able to take a break and breathe.
