I’m surprised I haven’t turned into the Hulk since I eat so many green things. My mum constantly buys veggies and only eat half the package and leaves the rest. Being the veggie lover I am and hating waste, I take full force of these opportunities and enjoy her leftover veggies. It’s like Christmas for me. In this instance, she bought asparagus and only ate half the package and gifted me the rest. Like a kid on Christmas morning, I steamed them up and mixed them with my peas. I wouldn’t usually buy asparagus because they are usually one of the pricier veggies and a lot of times they are really hard and fibrous. These asparagus were just marvelous. They were really thin and not fibrous at all. Yes, I’m that one weird kid who gets veggies as a present, but hey, I’m not complaining. Please, go ahead and give me your veggies. I will eat them happily. What’s your favorite veggie?
