I’ve blitzed the sitting room and the conservatory this afternoon. I’ve been using @the_organised_mum method for a while now and it really helps to keep on top of the housework. Xxx
Happiness is an empty sink and clear worktop surfaces. 😊 Do you prefer your things out on the work tops or eveything out of site? I hate seeing lots things out less is more. Also blocking my calendar, earlier bed times and a bit of exercise is definitely having a knock on effect so far 😬

Meal yg simple dan mudah dibuat ...tak semestinya makanan barat .. banyak masakan nusantara yg bisa di sehatkan. Yg ini ikan bawal bakar bunaken
Ikan asam pedas , ikan rebus black pepper ,ikan kukus ,ikan bakar tawar , ikan bakar bumbu , ayam dada bakar .. .
Ok untuk fiber & karbo sehat .. sayur2an segar . Masyallah dinegara kita banyak sekali sayuran segar .. . So kreativititas kita saja mau makan seperti ini, untuk beralih ke sehat.. terutamanya yg kaki fastfood .. pelan2 tinggalkan kebiasaan itu. Insyallah efeknya sangat terlihat 😊
Bunda, kau tanggalkan predikat S1 mu demi mengurus keluarga, tak ada lagi kehidupan wah bak sosialita, karirmu kau tinggalkan demi pekerjaan yg lebih berat dan dahsyat. Melihat si kecil tumbuh sehat, cerdas dan dekat adalah kebahagian yang tak ternilai harganya. Abaikan suara-suara yg bilang kalau Bunda adalah seorang pemalas yang mengatasnamakan keluarga. I can eat nasi himpit with lodeh and other condiments pagi petang siang malam.
Its my favourite. Back then in Malaysia, i always have this for breakfast and I dont mind having it 3 times a week.
This is my breakfast today, left over lodeh from yesterday dinner. I put 3 small pieces of nasi himpit and lots of veges. Yummy.
On the other note, I have to skip my gym routine today as George is not well. My arms and legs are still in pain after yesterday routine. Huhu I hate dumbell. .
Today’s look... Gray top with jeans. Pretty much my go to... wear this top and jeans all the time. These are Levi Signature. They fit perfectly and I have several pair. The sandals were from Target a few years ago. I love them and wear them often. I’m realizing that I need to be more ruthless with only keeping things I know I’ll wear often, so I’ll probably rethink some of the tops I only find myself wearing once a year. As much as I “Love” something is it really worth letting it take up space to only be worn once in a while? Unless it’s REALLY special, I should let go. Tadi waktu belanja di mbak sayur dkt rumah, tetangga sebelah yang tau saya abis subuh udah kluar rumah takjub gitu tau saya sempat masak. Apapun kegiatannya menurut saya pahala seorang istri itu utamanya di bagaimana melayani keluarga dalam hal ini suami. Suami saya sejak awal karena la lama jadi anak kost di Jogja ngga menuntut saya harus bikinin kopi masakin gitu tapiii yaaa ini kluar dr dalam hati kecil saya sebagai perempuan. Saya dulu pernah jagoan, arogan sampai dibawa ke rumah. Prosesnya berat sampai berantem juga karena biasa jadi perempuan independent. Alhamdulillah bisa!
These were my #ootd for Sunday... brown cargo shorts are a staple and get worn often. Have had them for years. The lavender top has always been a favorite and I’ve worn it a lot they the years, but I’m not really feeling it this year and do t think I wore it much last year either, so I think it’s going to the donate pile. Shoes were old Sketchers I keep for getting mucky in the woods. I wore the second outfit to a show we went to that night. Loved the skirt, although it’s the first time I’ve worn it, even though I’ve had it a couple years. Wasn’t really feeling it with the top though. I love the top but don’t feel it really “works” for me. So I’m pretty sure it’s going out too. This weekend I unplugged more than usual while we were in San Francisco. I really just wanted to soak up my time with some of the people I was able to see. I drank WAY too much and didn’t eat terribly.
But one thing I was able to do was get my workouts done every morning before I left the hotel room (30-40 minutes).
The program I’m doing is a weight lifting program, but there is a band modifier option I can play instead of using weights so I didn’t have to bring any or stress over the gym.
And let me tell you, not only did it allow me to focus on my form more and not obsessive over the size of the weights, but it got my muscles GOOD! I’m SO sore from these moves and it was less impact on my body. #resistancebands#weekendgetaway#hotelmodification
Raced home last night to beat this wall of dirt home. Remember the last storm and how it took out a huge chunk of our tree? Well, last night the storm took out nearly all of the remaining tree and one in the back yard. This morning I went out with a hack saw and a water company guy saw me and stopped. He gave me his clippers and showed me how to use them. He said he would come back for them this evening. Those clippers with like knife cutting butter. Kindness does still exist. 😊
We ate so many sushi last night 🍣
I don’t hesitate to eat fresh raw fish 🐟
because I know it will be digested so fast in my body and good for my skin and brain!! Miso soup smiled to us 😊
and the chef gave to our friends green tea ice creams for free.

Kids put wasabi into the green tea ice cream and they recommended to eat the tasty ice cream to their Dad Alan(・∀・) Washabi and Matcha ice cream are exactly same color (o_o)
