•WHO NEEDS TO SLURP THIS BOWL OF MISO RAMEN DELICIOUSNESS UP RIGHT NOW 🍜?• Oh my word, summer seems like a distant memory right now in London ☔️❄️. I’m literally debating on if it’s too early to put the heating back on 🤷♀️. To warm us up this afternoon I’ve made the easiest miso ramen and it’s literally all done in one pot 🙌. I’ve got edamame noodles in here, extra protein and they taste delicious! Who wants to have a go?
1 litre of water
2 tablespoons miso paste
1 teaspoon tamari/soy sauce
1 head of pak choi - chopped in half
1 red chilli
1. Bring the water to the boil in a wide saucepan and whisk in the miso paste and tamari, then add in the dried noodles. Simmer.
2. When the noodles are 2-3 minutes from being cooked, move them to the side, crack in a couple of eggs (or drop in some tofu if you don’t eat eggs 🌱), and pop in the pak choi. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the whites of the egg are just cooked and add the fresh chilli.
it’s called pho and it’s delicious
actually my first attempt ever to make it and it turned out sooo good! it’s gonna be my new stable for the cooler months i guess 🖤🤓 what foods are you looking forward to during winter?
