Last night we saw @davidbyrneofficial at The Hammersmith Apollo! London is full of excellent things to do this summer so we think you should come to visit - we always offer great rates on beds so you’ll have more £€$¥ to spend on #funtimes ! #London#summervibes#party#hostellife#hostelworld
I found this kind of "hostel" randomly on Booking and decided to give it a try, for just one night (best choice ever). The Fox-Box Apt in Vienna is totally inspired by Japanese capsules hotels, so I took the chance for doing this different experience immediately! 🇯🇵💤 You can find it in: Spengergasse 5, 1050 Vienna, Austria (Margareten district).
The bed was comfortable and every "bed" (capsule) had their own ventilation system and illumination. The check-in was completely automatized, no staff was there, they just send you a code through email for opening the dorm's door and you find your capsule ready with your name on it and your key for the locker. They have 2 separated "dorms" for boys and girls. There was another guest in the box under mine but I've never seen her for the day I stayed there. It wasn't bad but definitely I wouldn't recommend it for more than one night, mostly because of the "bathrooms" they were just 2 vertical boxes with toilet and the shower directly above (basically a nightmare lol). I went to the hostel I booked for the rest of my stay for having a proper shower 😂 Have you ever tried this kind of accomodation? In which city and what are your thoughts? 😋

Hostel of the Week: @bcoolhostels 📍Bilbao, Spain 🇪🇸 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Bilbao La Vieja is one of the coolest neighbourhoods in the city & since July 2017, home to new kid on the block, Bcool Hostel.
Describing itself as a modern hostel equipped with cutting edge technology (the ability to charge devices in guest’s individuals lockers, rejoice!), comfortable rooms & sleek bar and cafe facilities, Bcool is a space designed for backpackers who enjoy a little luxury on a budget 💰
Located in one of the most popular quarters of Bilbao, guests can look forward to exploring some of the finest landmarks by foot in a city known for it’s staggering architecture & surrounding areas of natural beauty.
It’s little wonder plans for expansion are coming quickly in other parts of Spain as it certainly appears to be living up to it’s name, with one guest describing the place as ‘honestly the coolest hostel I've ever stayed in by far’ 🙌🏼
