She’s known around these parts as Bili the Kid & through Welly on a Plate she’s been slinging Rodeo (burgers) like nobody’s business!
Bili is heading off on a quick trip overseas, but watch this space because we sure aren’t ready to let her go.

As the saying goes, when one door closes another one opens. In this case, I will not be closing these doors and I know the doors are always open if I want to head back home but for now I’m spreading my wings elsewhere and seeing what else I can learn in this big beautiful hospo world that is out there.
Honestly if work love could kill, I would be dead! You all know how much you mean to me and it saddens me knowing we won’t be working together anymore but it’s definitely not goodbye! I have grown so much with this incredible company and all these amazing people.
Teaching and training the beautiful Brighton team has been one of the biggest highlights I have ever accomplished and I’ll always hold that close to my heart.

Pat brought a passion for Manhattans & an enthusiasm for classic cocktails to our lil family, along with a gentle warmth & kindness. ⠀
Now Pat’s off on a few new adventures - he’s getting hitched (!!!) to a lovely lady & then the happy couple are off to Melbourne to share their hospo power couple talents with Australia! ⠀

If you came in for our burger during Wellington on a Plate this year, odds are you would have enjoyed one of almost 3000 burgers that Robbie made over the festival in August. ⠀
Even after that, he still has the passion to craft burger masterpieces on our Monday Night $10 Burger Promotion every week. The man loves burgers! ⠀
And we love Robbie - he’s the cheekiest Chef we’ve got, keeping morale high with constant jokes & enthusiasm. ⠀

Friendsgiving 2017: aka what happens when some of Wellington’s best bartenders and hospo fam come over to eat turkey, sabrage magnums of Champagne, have drunken singalongs in the sunroom, and embrace this American’s attempt to bring the best of Thanksgiving to New Zealand. After nearly a decade abroad, this may be the best dinner I’ve hosted yet! 🦃🥂❤️ (more fun facts about this year’s Thanksgiving: I locked myself out of the flat half an hour before everyone was due to arrive, with the stove still on 😬; we went through 17 bottles of wine, 7 bottles of liquor and a round of espresso martinis; at least four people had to take naps halfway through the festivities, hashtag Thanksgiving success; it took me like 19 tries to finally saber my first bottle of Champagne; the night continued onto another bar’s staff party and it took me an entire day to recover from the hangover...) #friendsgiving#expatlife#wellingtonhospo
Sasha came to New Zealand from Germany & somehow we were lucky enough that she decided to stick around in Wellington.
Her relentless positivity & kindness have pushed morale at The Bresolin higher than we could have imagined, but soon it will be her time to go home for Christmas.
It's been a pleasure to have Sasha here & witness her apply her enthusiasm to all sorts of things; whether learning how to make coffee like a champ, making menial tasks like brass polishing enjoyable, spending time with our little hospo family & telling killer stories.
Sasha's flight outta here isn't for a few weeks, so you've still got time to come in & say goodbye.
