I ducked into @interboronyc when I was in NYC a couple of weeks ago to sample some beers but it’s been a while since I had any of their cans. This can of The Vapors (8.3%) Double Dry Hopped Double IPA was really nice - it pours a hazy dark gold with hops, orange, tropical fruit and some sugary sweetness on the nose. It drinks similarly, but everything is really well balanced so it tastes great: hoppy and fruity with some sugar but nothing is overpowering. It finishes smooth if not a little sweet; the beer is great; I really enjoy the #canart ; thanks to Mike for the can; 4.25/5.
New tap alert 🚨! Currently on our something #hoppy line: Prosperous from our friends at @medusabrewing in Hudson, MA. | Medusa's inaugural American-style #IPA . American Cascade & NZ Rakau hops, New England-grown 2-row Malts and a touch of Patagonian crystal malts keep the body light, dry and crisp. 🍻 #cheers
Our new neighbors came a-knockin' for some lovin' and of course we said, yes! This intensely tropical IPA collab with @middlebrowbeer drinks like everyone's favorite childhood bev: Hawaiian Punch. Featuring Middlebrow's house yeast blend, Denali & Mosaic hops, and a medley of real Passion Fruit, Mango, Pink Guava, and Pineapple, one sip will transport your mind to the summers of yesteryear. Come get some Logan is for Lovers, on tap at the Lounge tonight!
Located just a few miles from the brewery lies Wolf Creek. It is believed that the steep, narrow gorge of Wolf Creek originally formed when the ceiling of an ice-age cave eroded and collapsed due to runoff from the melting glacier. The site now consists of a high-quality stream meandering through towering 50-foot cliffs. Numerous springs pour from cracks in the steep walls, creating small waterfalls that flow into Wolf Creek.
