You gotta start somewhere... the coffee bean starts inside these red cherries, hand picked from the trees at Finca San Lazaro. Through our wash process, the cascara- or cherry casing- is removed and the green bean is exposed. That’s how it all starts! We wash, and wash, and wash, then dry the beans in the mountain sun, roast and grind, and deliver straight to you. How’s that for a Farm-to-Table model?! •
