Our first Eco Marathon Shell adventure, 1994, with the prototype Sabiá 1, Circuit Paul Ricard, Provence, France. This one received the Honour Design Award there. Actually the concept was to do like a glider plane but without wings. The design was made whilst I was doing my PhD in France, in 1993. One of my prefered ones. Made by the CPqD/Escola de Design FUMA/UEMG.
1970 Mini sport sedan B16a dropped in for a quick dyno run to nut out some small issues.
We adjusted fuel maps/ignition to optimise the power on e85.
B16a has some internal work and manage to push out 113kw.
