How is your week so far? Enjoying it? The weekend is almost here, by the way!🤗 ⠀
Any plans for this weekend? We are thinking to go to Brussels for Flower carpet event @flowercarpetbrussels . And yesterday we went to an art exhibition. Wanna see stores?🌸
Have a wonderful Thursday!🐕
We adopted Teuntje 2 years ago at the age of 4 from an old lady who couldn’t take care of her anymore. We soon discovered that she was different from other dogs and wasn’t used to be part of a dog pack. It turned out that she was suffering from epilepsy. Earlier this year the number of attacks started increasing and came in clusters. We tried various medicines to suppress the seizures and thus make things easier for her, since she needed more and more time to recover: the attacks were totally draining her. Unfortunately it was all in vain: the seizures came back almost every two or three weeks and we were so fixed on Teuntje that we hardly noticed that our other dogs were suffering from this whole situation. In fact we didn’t want to face what was inevitable. The past 48 hours our little girl had approximately 11 attacks and we realised that for her and the other dogs’ sake as well as ours we had to do what was best. It is therefore with great sadness that we have to announce that Teuntje went to Doggy Heaven today.
Dear Teuntje, thank you for being the weird, cute and wonderful little poodle you were to us. You will always be in our hearts! Rest in peace…
