SPICED CHAI-CASHEW GRANOLA! 🤗 this granola has ALL the clusters and ALL the flavor that granola dreams are made of 😍 also chai really gets me into the autumn/winter spirit 🤗.
🔷 Dry ingredients:
🔸 2 cups rolled oats
🔸 1/2 cup cashews
🔸 1/4 cup dried blueberries
🔸 1/4 cup peanuts
🔸 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds 🔸 4 medjool dates, chopped and mashed.
🔸 A pinch of salt. 🔷Wet ingredients:
🔸 2 heaped tbsp natural peanut butter
🔸 ~ 1/2 cup maple syrup
🔸 A little bit of vanilla essence
🔸Some water. 🔷 Method:
🔸 Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius 🔸 In a large mixing bowl mix together the dry ingredients
🔸In a separate bowl mix together the wet ingredients 🔸Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl containing the dry ingredients and mix well, ensuring that all the dry ingredients are covered (you might need to add more pb/maple syrup as required).
🔸 Place in preheated oven for around 10 minutes
🔸 Remove from the oven and leave to cool before touching it (this is key so as to get clusters!)
🔸 Once cooled, place in a sealed glass jar and enjoy 🤗.

Boa tarde! Nada melhor que uma GRANOLA caseira 😍🤤
Ingredientes:
- Sementes de girassol
- Sementes de abóbora
- Pinhões
- Sementes de chia
- Mel
- Canela

Procedimento:
1. Coloque os ingredientes numa tigela. 
2. Derreta 1 colher de sopa de mel no microondas (aproximadamente 10 segundos).
3. Verta o mel sobre os ingredientes e misture tudo. 
4. Espalhe uniformemente os ingredientes sobre um tabuleiro com papel vegetal.
5. Coloque canela a gosto por cima dos ingredientes.
6. Leve ao forno a 130ºC durante 20-25 minutos.
7. Mexer os ingredientes aos 10 minutos.

Dica: Se preferir pode optar por substituir o mel por xarope de ácer.

HOMEMADE ALMOND PULP GRANOLA 😍 okay okay I know I said I would share this recipe with you all last week but ya girl got super busy and caught up with midterms and all that jazz so please forgive moi 🤦🏻‍♀️ anywhooooo on to this super fall-esque recipe 🍂

If you didn’t know I actually make my own batch of almond milk every Sunday to use in my oatmeal throughout the week, BUT ever wonder what you could use the leftover almond pulp for?? Here’s an idea! 💡 how about some homemade almond pulp granola? 😋 it’s sweet and crunchy in the most perfect ways and the taste of cinnamon and nutmeg really give it that extra oomph for fall vibes 🤩 
Almond pulp granola 
1 cup almond pulp 
1 cup rolled oats 
1/4 cup maple syrup 
1/4 cup chia seeds 
1/4 cup hemp hearts 
1 tsp vanilla 
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Dash of salt 
Start by dehydrating your almond pulp in the oven at 300°F for about 15 minutes. You’ll know they’re done when they’re dry and crunchy. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Crank up the oven to 325°F and put the mixture back into the oven for about 30-40 minutes, but start checking on it around 28ish minutes or so. Once your granola is ready, you can add in additional toppings- shredded coconut, fried fruit, sliced almonds, etc 
Now bake and wait for your the delicious smell of this granola to fill your entire house with the pleasant scent of fall 🍁 (without the use of a candle haha! 😝) .

Is there anything better then granola cooking? Granola is surprisingly so much easier to make than you would think! All you need is granola, a thick sweetener, cinnamon is a must, a choice of nuts, maybe some dried fruit, or chocolate and you're set!

Ingredients:
•2 cups raw oats
•1/3 cup raw almonds, chopped and whole
•1/3 cup raw pecans, chopped and whole
•1/3 cup coconut flakes
•1/4 cup olive oil
•1/4 cup 100% raw honey
•2 tsp cinnamon 
Bake at about 350 for 35-40 mins! Make sure to stir the granola every 10 ish mins. If the granola is browning more than you'd like, I start turning down the heat to 325 then 300. Allow to cool completely before storing in an air tight container!

It has been raining since yesterday in here, how is the weather where you are ? 
I'm sharing with you some BROWNIES BARS. The recipe was from @nm_meiyee . I just love her recipe 😍 and it's so easy to make and resultes in a super delicious brownies. I topped mine with 65% dark chocolate ( never enough 🍫), some coconut shreds and red sesame seeds 🙌. I kept them in the fridge to snack on for the whole week 😋.

J’ai toujours été une sugar addict, j’ai été élevé au chocolat chaud et tartines de Nutella jusqu’à mes 18 ans sans aucun soucis de santé ni même de poids d’ailleurs.

🛒 DU TRENGER (til ca 6 dl granola)
• 120 g havregryn, store
• 50 g lønnesirup
• 45 g peanøttsmør
• 1 ts vaniljeekstrakt
• 1/2 ts kanel
• en liten klype salt
.
👩🏼‍🍳 GJØR SLIK
• smelt peanøttsmør og lønnesirup i en kjele på middels varme, rør sammen
• ta kjelen vekk fra platen og vend inn resten av ingrediensene, blandingen skal være noe tørr
• ha over i bakepapirkledd form
• stekes i forvarmet ovn, over- og undervarme, 170 grader, ca 20 minutter
• vend gjerne på granolaen underveis
• la granolaen være pittelitt myk når du tar den ut, den blir sprøere etter avkjøling
• avkjøl før du heller over på glass

A casualty of this has been social media as I know that phone and computer time is a huge drain for me. However I managed a quick pic this morning of a lovely berry smoothie bowl made with raspberries, apple, blackberries, kale,cucumber and lettuce along with chia and flax seeds, gluten free oats, almond butter and almond milk. Gorgeous flavours especially when topped with my crunchy Honey and Almond Granola. Because I'm an Asian girl who gres up eating rice for breakfast, it's difficult for me to start my day with this kind of granola/oatmeal/fruit breakfast. I want savory food for breakfast!

So, to compromise, I have a big savory breakfast (today I had rice vermicelli with leftover steamed chicken from last night) and then eat granola and fruit for lunch. Dinner is my full meal with rice, meat, and lots of veggies.

My mouth starts watering whenever I see a smoothie bowl stand, but they are SUPER easy to make at home! 🥤When we first started transitioning to a plant-based diet 🌱, I was stuck when it came to serving overnight guests. What the heck is there to serve people besides eggs and bacon or empty carbs? 🤷‍♀️🍳🥐 Well THESE babies came to the rescue! 👆🏼 Just prepare some frozen fruits 🍌 and veggies 🥕and your choice of granola (I prefer homemade with honey 🍯!), and in the morning mix your frozens with almond milk and add your choice of toppings! I like to sprinkle chia seeds and coconut flakes on top! 🥥 Easy peezy and SO stinkin' delicious. Oh, and guilt free unlike much of the other breakfast options out there! I get requests for these all the time now! 🧡

Tonight’s dinner: my fresh market spicy tuna poke bowl🍚 guys this was freaking amazing!!! Poke bowls are def in my top 5 fav foods pretty much because they ALWAYS fill me up and satisfy all my cravings for carbs, veggies, fats, and fish🤩🤩 I would honestly take a poke bowl over a regular sushi roll any day🤷🏼‍♀️ I still don’t think this one quite beat @eatatco’s bowl tho just because their ahi tuna bowl is packed with a lot more rainbow on top and by that I mean you get a lot of nutritious toppings such as pickled carrots, seaweed salad,  and cucumber all on top of a smaller portion of rice which to me is more satisfying and leaves me feeling less bloated....Geez I might just have to become a poke bowl reviewer🤩comment your fav types of poke so next time I can maybe become a little more brave and venture from my basic tuna bowls😉
