Snagged a steal of a lawn mower off craigslist the other day (newly-sharpened blade and all tuned up!) and Keith jumped on it and immediately gave our front and back yard a little TLC...first trim in a while! Made a trip to Home Depot for some other basics too which was fun—always love the smell of that store. #sawdustfordayzzz But as for now, the picture to the right is me holding our edger 😉💪🏼 Anything to get the job done. Of course I started with fistfuls of weeds and crazy explosive straw grass before I succumbed to the snippers. Now you don’t have to walk through brown Narnia just to walk up the stairs to our deck. Nothing a little muscle, sweat, patience and a pair of *scissors* can’t tackle. If you saw the “before”, this is already a huge improvement. It’s no longer a wheat field look-a-like back there. Keith and I aren’t wasting any time over here and are excited to get this place back in shape!! Funny how it doesn’t feel like a chore when it’s your own. #makingchanges#homesweethome#ourfirsthome#diy#homeimprovements#iliterallyamshoppingfortoolsonamazonnow#myhowthingshavechanged#bringiton
It’s that time of year where everyone wants to water their garden or wash their car.
If you find running that hose pipe through the house a nightmare, why not consider an outside tap.
Give Cripps Heating and Plumbing a calls where we can install an outside tap for you.

I have a few projects on the go at the moment which all have the same end point.
Today has involved a lot of measuring up in order to not waste materials.
