sweet potato toast is always my go-to 🍠🥑
sometimes i go all out with toppings and sometimes i go the easiest most simple way, and either way it’s always delicious. today, i went with avocado, pink salt, and sunflower seeds. 
to make the potatoes: 
heat oven to 400 
slice potatoes 
coat with @chosenfoods avo oil, pink salt, pepper, and @sarifoodscompany turmeric 
bake for about 20-30 min (it will depend on how you slice!) flipping once halfway through! 💛 now i’m enjoying a cup of tea and hanging out with my husband and dreaming of this toast all over again! #naturallychelsrecipe #chelsbateseats

happy monday friends ☺️ it’s a new week and after a relaxing weekend (with lots of harry potter watching - anyone else watch the marathon?) 🧙🏻‍♂️, i’m ready for the week ahead! mainly the fact i’m seeing @taylorswift on friday!!!! but taking it one day at a time and trying not to get too ahead of myself 🙈 and as a concert update, this is number 11 of 13 this year 💃🏻 with hopefully a @twentyonepilots show this october but tickets dont go on sale until tomorrow 🤞🏼.

and while 13 shows is a lot, i’m itching for more already 🙆🏻‍♀️ i packed most of the shows into the first six months of the year and now i sit here like, “... okay, so when’s the next time i can pack 5 into 8 days again?” 🤣 maybe not exactly that, but i definitely plan on adding a few more to the list before the end of the year! they’re just too fun, and i’m missing the atmosphere! maybe it’s the post tour depression now that @harrystyles is done and will probably disappear for the next two years 🤔 but while i contemplate who to go see next - let me know about your concert experiences!!! favorite artists youve seen or would like to? i can’t wait to see what you all say 🎉 #fitstrongshann.

My protein and greens keto smoothie.
You can add raw cacao nibs, instant coffee, heavy cream, greek yogurt, et.
It just depends on what you eat or need.
It's super easy and super nutrient dense!
And it tastes pretty awesome!
--- recipie:
4-6 cups of fresh baby spinach.
(About 2 big handfuls)
1-2 cups coconut milk 
1 scoop protein powder (vega sport mocha is my all time favorite)
1 tablespoon mct oil
Add whatever else you want! (That fits your eating style)
That's it!
Takes about 2 minutes LOL 
You can add ice if you want, too!
Tip: freeze your coconut milk in ice cube trays & use instead of ice!

Although I am not vegan, I eat a lot of vegan meals, and am plant based. Meaning, my food begins with and is primarily plants, with no animal products except for small amounts of protein I add, which are 99% of the time fish or seafood. The rest of my protein and any fats I use are also from plants. (Coconut oil, mct oil, hemp seed oil, avocado oil, walnut oil )

I  am dairy free, and limit the amount of processed foods I eat. .
 This is basically the complete opposite of the western diet. But very normal for many places in the world. Especially "blue zones". 🌱😁💪

I always say don't mix melon, but this is actually a very good combination. Mixing watermelon with other fruits usually results in a tummy ache. Melons are mainly water and digest very fast compared to other fruits. Mixing melons with other fruits will make it impossible to really get the benefits out of watermelon. The difference in texture and chemical make up of melons vs other fruits is what caused discomfort when mixed. 
The pitaya is mainly water, and both have similar enough textures to make digestion easy and healthy.

Well after all my poor eating decisions the last 5 days my body is craving something green. I know this because the mexican style poutine I had had lettuce on it and it was the most refreshing and delicious ice berg lettuce ever 😂😂

Tonight's getting back on track dinner was: garden lettuce with mexican dip on top and roasted corn covered with coconut oil, roasted jalapeno, fresh green onion, homemade mayo and garlic salt.

And as I'm typing this I realize I've made a huge mistake.. I forgot the avocado 😰 A true tragedy.
