I've wanted a salt lamp for a while and today I was lead to one through a series of synchronicities. It now sits beautifully in my home as though it had always been there 🌞
Himalayan salt lamps are a natural negative ion producer. Positive ions reduce blood and oxygen supply to the brain and also depletes our bodies' energy levels. Having a salt lamp in the home reverses this effect which in turn aids us in achieving a higher quality of sleep, raised energy levels and better concentration.
In addition to this, salt lamps cleanse and deodorize the air. It does this through a process known as hygroscopy. 3-4 lbs of organic hormone/antibiotic -free beef marrow bones (roast the bones by themselves in oven at 400 degrees first) for 1 hour.
2 carrots chopped
3 celery stalks chopped
2 medium white onions (skin on) chopped (Chop vegetables in big portions cause you have to take them all out after)
3 TBSP of apple cider vinegar
1 bay leaf
10-12 cups of filtered water
Once bones are roasted for 1 hour combined all ingredients in slow cooker, set to low setting for 48hrs
After 48hrs take all ingredients out leaving only the liquid.
Then strain broth (liquid) with a very fine strainer into a bowl or large measuring cup. Portion into 1 cup servings in mason jars. Fasten the lids tightly until ready to enjoy 🙌🏻 keep in fridge for up to 6 days! Processed sugar is one of the worst things you could possibly consume, and it is in many more foods than you may realize. A few examples are: pasta sauce, milk, granola, most "health" drinks, the list goes on. Processed sugar can seriously throw your hormones out of sync, and will end up causing complications such as: Acne, depression, accelerated aging, mental cloudiness, little to no energy, plus more, and this is all on top of making you fat. And, the worst part is, you hardly have to consume any of it to aquire these symptoms. That is why "a treat every now and again" is still bad for you. Just because you do not eat it all the time does not mean you will not still be subject to problems. Now, with that being said, we are all human. It is not realistic to say most of us should never eat bad again, but, what I am saying is: limit cheat days, and be very conscious of what you put into you body. Hey everyone! Alcohol can be really bad for you. It is one of the worst things you could possibly put into your body. A drink every now and again would never hurt anyone, but once it becomes something more than that, you a putting your body and health at a serious risk. Alcohol can effectively harm your brain, and your liver, all while adding to the toxcisity of your body, which is where the feelings of being buzzed, drunk, throwing up, etc. come from. It is your body reacting to a toxin that has entered your bloodstream that it wants desperately to purge out. Alcohol is just as bad, if not worse than some addictive prescription drugs. Do not let the social stigma fool you. Alcohol is still a drug, and a very dangerous one at that.
