In 1952, a biochemist named Dr. Ernst Krebb Jr. realized that Vitamin B17 (found in apricot kernels) kills cancer cells with no ill effects on the rest of the body. Dr. Krebb not only injected himself with laetrile to ensure there would be no toxic side effects, but also conducted lab animal experiments to assure its effectiveness in the treatment of cancer. Because Big Pharma cannot patent nor profit from a plant seed vitamin, there is a massive propaganda campaign against apricot kernels claiming that the cyanide molecules that go for cancer cells ONLY, is toxic to all human cells. They will do anything to keep you from knowing the truth. Jason Vale, a young man from Brooklyn, was imprisoned just because he refused to stop telling others on TV and by word of mouth how he cured himself of cancer using the kernels.Here’s how it works: Cancer cells, no matter the type, are known as Trophoblasts. These trophoblasts contain an enzyme called beta-glucosidase, also known as the unlocking enzyme. When Vitamin B17 (also known as Laetrile) comes in contact with the enzyme beta-glucosidase, the B17 is broken down to form two molecules of glucose, one molecule of benzaldehyde and one molecule of hydrogen cyanide (HCN). Within the body, ONLY cancer cells contain that enzyme. No other cells contain it. The key word here is that the HCN must be FORMED as a reaction to cancer cells (and thus the enzyme) being present. Cyanide is not floating around freely in the B17 and then released, causing harm to your body. It must be manufactured in *response* to cancer. The enzyme beta-glucosidase, and ONLY that enzyme, is capable of manufacturing the HCN from B17, thereby affecting the cancer cell, and ONLY the cancer cell. If there are no cancer cells in the body, there is no beta-glucosidase. Hemp - what’s he fuss about?

It has been a bit of a challenge for my digestive system these last few days (and hence for all the other systems too).. Heavy on red meat and dairy🥩🧀.... Food has been tasty and the associations at the table pretty great. Can't be too picky when people are toiling at the kitchen to feed you & a big house full of people.. Even if I try to refrain from carbs when I'm inactive, I even threw in some gnocchi and French sourdough into the mix.. It felt like the healthier thing to do to be honest- to cut back a bit on the animal products prepared not in the healthiest of ways.. & also because gnocchi served as means to get that homemade tomato sauce in, and the sourdough as a transport for the precious olive oil... Probably the biggest challenge is that the veggies are scares.. so can't even help myself deal with all the meat and dairy by topping up with enzymes and antioxidants from those.. :( I've been surviving on a little green salad, carrots, tomatoes and avos- quick things to pocket.... In all this, probably the worse practice has been having a massively extended eating window.. When you wake up like you haven't slept all night and feel hungry after brushing your teeth you know that you've been messing up.. So this morning after a BBQ I had yet another yogurt with seeds and avocado and some Gruyère 🤦.. Ransacked fridge to find something fresh and watery (onions and aubergines weren't convincing) and went out grumpy to get some sun, telling myself that sun has a way of fixing all things..😄 then was like "Yay, grass! Let's do some #grounding too, connect with mother earth and stuff!" And then I found tomatoes growing in the garden, Veronika is very content now:)
P.S. this sort of diet btw is called #DirtyKeto ! Not to be confused with the #lowcarb / #smartcarb lifestyle that I lead (stay tuned for the insight!)

What does this mean?
Naturopaths aim to use methods and medicinals that minimise the risk of harmful side-effects.
Where possible we avoid suppression of symptoms. It is more about trying to identify and manage the cause rather than the symptoms necessarily.
This also means acknowledging and respecting each individual and their own healing process. Working with where the client is at rather than pushing anything when they are not ready.
For me this also means taking a thorough case history, making sure nothing prescribed will interact unfavourably with anything the client is already doing or taking, and working within my scope of practice.
