After I saw an i-n-c-r-e-d-i-b-l-e turnaround for her, I was hooked. I mean, I first tried oils in college and thought they smelled nice but, I mean, that was it. I didn’t think they could really DO anything. But, those oils, as sweet as they smelled, weren’t the real deal. They weren’t Young Living. I did my research, tried nearly twenty brands, because I’m a woman of science and can’t make a decision right away, and eventually realized Young Living was the only brand I could truly rely upon. Just over here dealing with pink eye...🤪🤦 It's a little uncomfortable but nothing crazy.
So here's what I'm doing for the eye: 🍃 Applying diluted lavender and melaleuca around the eye (not in it) every few hours. 🍃 Turmeric compresses to reduce inflammation. 🍃 Lots of hand washing and On Guard sanitizing mist.

Baby girl went in for sigmoidoscopy and endoscopy yesterday and were happy to get some answers. The lining of her stomach was extremely inflamed causing the bleeding. There are two possibilities for the inflammation:
🔸Gastritis from a bacterial infection: Course of action, medication
🔸Food Allergy: Course of action, allergy/food sensitivity testing and adjusting her diet accordingly.
🔸Waiting for biopsy results to determine course of action
🍜 Baby girl wanted pho and bubble tea after her ordeal, and we were more than happy to oblige. Obviously not grainfree or sugarfree, but I’ve said this before, we aren’t 100% strict with them, plus she deserved every bite last night.
(If you did want to make it grainfree, I ordered mine without noodles and ordered extra beansprouts and shredded cabbage to eat in its place. The broth does have sugar in it, so it isn’t sugar free.)

It’s time to level up, it’s time to develop new habits that will shift your mindset, and your life. .Apart of today’s wellness Wednesday, I want you to list the one thing/habit you would like to change. Write it down, then I want you to read that habit to yourself. 📝
❗️Think about the things and the people who are suffering from this very same habit
❗️Picture yourself 5 years from now having the same habit, what’s life like for you? Have you gotten to where you want, have you accomplished your dreams? How do you feel about yourself? Really really picture life having this habit.
❗️Okay now shake that off. And get back to the present moment
✅Then I want your to write down a behavior you’d like to develop to replace this old habit. Even if you don’t believe it’s possible right this moment, imagine that it is! And write it down!
✅ project yourself five years from now with this newly formed habit. How’s life for you now? Have you accomplished all that you want ? Doesn’t it feel great? Think of all the people who are proud of you. Aren’t you proud of yourself? Take a deep breath in, hold that vision and slowly exhale..... Listen 👂 that positive vision of yourself already exists! It’s 💯 % possible.
In this exercise you saw the consequences, of holding on to hold habits, you also witnessed the beauty and positive outcome in formulating new behaviors.Whats keeping you from becoming the best version of yourself, financially, spiritually, emotionally, physically is a simple decision to commit. Let go of old habits and dedicate yourself in forming new, impactful ones.

ELECTROLYTE VEGETABLE SOUP TONIC RECIPE
This is a healing mineral rich electrolyte soup. This invigorating soup helps rebuild, hydrate, remineralize (bones, teeth, hair, skin...etc) and revitalize the body when recovering from an illness or imbalance and is great anytime as a super nutritious and healthy part of a holistic health diet.
Rinse and chop up all organic vegetables:
3 red onions
7 cloves of garlic
The entire celery including green leaves on top
1.5 lbs of orange, yellow, and magenta/purple heirloom carrots
2-3 gold or sweet potatoes
3 cups of green or purple cabbage
4 cups of kale
Bunch of parsley
Next sautê carrots, potatoes, celery, onions, garlic in 2-3 tablespoons of organic extra virgin olive or avocado oil for 1-2 minutes on low heat then add 1/2 gallon of pure spring or reverse osmosis w/carbon filtered/distilled water and then simmer on low heat. Add cabbage and after simmering 10 minutes, and parsley and kale. Add 1 or more tablespoons each of healing spices: basil, thyme, turmeric, tarragon, oregano, 21 herb seasoning, dulse flakes and dashes of Himalayan pink salt (never use processed table salt), and fresh ground black pepper. Simmer soup for 45-50 minutes. Pour into bowls and serve. If you prefer (for more healing benefits), you may add some cayenne pepper, more chopped raw garlic and some salt and pepper on top of soup when serving. Enjoy!

30 minutes and nothing thawed or ready to cook in your fridge? 🤪
Thaw 1/2 bag of shrimp under cool running water while you...chop or press 2 cloves garlic, slice 2 bell peppers + 1/2 an onion. Chop broccoli into pieces + clean a bag of sugar snap peas. Mix 3 tbsp coconut aminos with 1 tbsp honey and set aside. 🔪
In a pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp avo oil + garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes, turn heat to high and add in peeled shrimp. Cool until no longer pink. Remove from pan to a plate. 🦐
Move pan back over medium heat and add in onions with 1 tbsp avo oil. Sauté for 5-8 minutes until tender. Turn heat to high and add in remaining veggies. Toss and allow to cook for 5 minutes, tossing frequently. Stir amino + honey mixture then pour over veggies and toss to coat. Continue to cook and toss until veggies are just tender. Return shrimp to the same pan and toss with veggies. Cook for another 5 minutes to warm shrimp through. ⏲
I finished mine with a drizzle of sesame oil in the pan and tossed. You can omit if you don’t have it. Serve over rice, quinoa, or nothing. I had leftover quinoa otherwise it would have been an all veg kinda night. 🥦🌶
You can also sub soy sauce or tamari for coconut aminos. Also...feel free to use any veg or protein you have on hand!

When your child (or your partner) is shouting and angry, they are right in that moment afraid.⠀
I know, it is SO easy to forget this in the moment because WE get afraid when somebody is angry. But the more we can realize that little kids are only angry because they are afraid and feel helpless, the more we can look at addressing the REAL root cause of WHY they feel angry. 💛⠀
