A few days ago I made a no-bake cheesecake for my cousin. I had some cream left over and some forest berry coulis. So I put them in small glasses for me and my parents to enjoy. This is the last one. Unfortunately, the weather here is really gloomy and cold and the picture isn't that great but the dessert is super tasty.
I have made a cream with cream cheese, mascarpone cheese and heavy cream, as well as some lemon juice and vanilla extract. Just try it. BUT keep in mind that you need really good mascarpone cheese. Not all brands taste good and really good cream cheese to make a tasty cheesecake.
