The lone rookie finally signed his contract after a 29 day holdout, @roquansmith3 and his agent did the right thing in the end. $18.4 Million was the final number but the arguments came in the guaranteed money and whether or not a suspension voided the money he would be owed while off the field. Very important with the new rules being implemented this season #NFL#Bears#Chicagobears#rookie#holdout#sportsbyassociation#roquansmith
Here’s Seattle’s “Up” House. Edith Macefield refused to sell her house, so developers built a giant shopping complex around it. Edith died in 2008, but for now the house still stands. People still tie balloons to the fence in an homage to Edith and the similarities of her story to the movie “Up” 😭🎈🏠 #holdout#seattle#steadfast#holdtrue
Raiders Defensive End Khalil Mack has been fined $841K for not reporting for camp. This holdout has no reached near boiling point. With Mack showing willingness to not report with the threat of fines one has to wonder if he would holdout part of the regular season. Mack is trying to get a new contract and is in the last year of his rookie contract. Under his rookie contract he made a base of $2.2M his first 4 seasons and included an $18M guaranteed at signing in 2014.
You are each to full of life to be half loved. I know it might seem easier to just settle for whatever comes into your life but you are more than that. You deserve a love that it is messy but beautiful. A love that has its ups and downs but at the end of the day they’re still your person. Love is not meant to be perfect but it’s also something you don’t settle for. Love is beautiful, just like each of you. So hold out for what feels right and not easy... because that, that IS what you deserve. 🌹

According to ESPN’s Mike Golic Sam Darnold and the New York Jets couldn’t agree on a contract due to “Offset Terms.” This has got to be the first time in NFL history that a player held out due to triple-time staccato rhymes about stir fry, walking it like you talk it and bad & boujee women.
