Healthy Whole Nutritious Foods. I’m not a huge meal prep person but during the weeks it truly helps me to stay on track. This week I picked two meals to prep for either lunch or dinner. This was my lunch today...
130g cooked white rice
100g mixed streamed veggies with braggs soy sauce
92g cooked chicken with a splash of Asian bbq sauce
Sauces can help food a tad more enjoyable. If you use them in moderation you’ll be fine and stay on track.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and in the US alone, 1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer over the course of their lifetime. chances are you already know someone who has been affected by this disease and how important research is, as well as early detection and resources for women, regardless of their age or financial situation.
I’ve decided to donate a portion of my proceeds from these pink tassel wine charms to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (based in the US) as a way to give back this month. I am a little late to getting these tassel wine charms up and running so I will extend the donation timeline through mid November. this may be extended indefinitely if the response is great!
