“We humans make plans, but the Lord has the final word. We may think we know what is right, but the Lord is the judge of our motives. Share your plans with the Lord, and you will succeed.”
Proverbs 16:1-3 CEV..
He leads; I follow. I have ideas, plans, and dreams but I always ask Him if it is FROM Him and if it will glorify Him. And when He shows me what to do, sometimes it scares the heck out of me. When He wants change, the unknown, the risk of failure, the people I could lose, the questions, they all make me want to run and hide and talk myself out of His plan for me. But I can’t because that’s just fear talking. And if this is His plan, then I have NOTHING to fear. I have to admit, once I look past that fear, I am super excited for this future He is showing me. ❤️ Give me strength, Father, to be that girl. 🙏🏻
I just completed a gratitude journal. Better yet, I wrote it to someone else. Man, is it eye opening and heart awakening when you take time to be thankful for someone else. 💛. Try it ❤️#thegreatestgift
“The Lord will make a way for you where no foot has been before. That which, like a sea, threatens to drown you shall be a highway for your escape.” -Charles H. Spurgeon. .
I feel Him pushing me this year. Okay shoving. But I’m ready. He wants me to what I thought impossible. i have been much too comfortable this last year. Wherever He leads, wherever I find myself, it will be 1. By His appointment. 2. In His keeping, 3. Under His training, 4. And for His time. I can handle that...
I started a new book today. The Red Sea Rules. Rule #1 : Realize that God means for you to be where you are.
That can sometimes be a hard pill to swallow. But also know that it means He has a plan. Wherever you are and wherever He leads you, He has a good plan for you. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11💛
My bestie, my sister from another mister, was born 41 Pearl Harbor days ago, and we have been friends for 3/5 of them. You would be hard pressed to find someone who knew me as well as her. She not only listens to my stories, but has lived most of them alongside me 😘 right, @dinkadoo4?
After two LONG weeks apart, I got to see my lil babes finally. We made slime, sang some off tune-car karaoke to the greatest showman, watched a movie, read a bedtime story, said bedtime prayers, and got some much needed snuggle time.
I honestly cherish every second I get to spend with them because it’s right back to work with the smaller babies tomorrow....
