This silver pomfret is one of the many types of fish supplied by a young and passionate fishmonger, Peter. He fell in love with fishing at a young age and thankfully, decided to make a career out of it! Peter selects the freshest fish and hand delivers it himself to our chefs.
TAMEMO TAMAGO WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE? | Oh there is a huge difference and something special about this tamago. Known as tamagoyaki, it is a special rolled omelette that is both salty and sweet 😍 | 📸: Tamagoyaki [100 yen]
If you are at the Tsukiji Market, this is a must try and it’s only 100 yen! About $1. 😁👏🏻

At Kwai Chung Plaza (ground floor): Hainanese Chicken rice $30 hkd
The most worthwhile dish so far! The chicken is tender and soft and the rice has a slight hint of chicken oil to it too. Portion wise is average but I was decently full with it but I snacked a bit more after shopping for a couple of hours. But for this price, I don’t think I can find anything else that can top here.
Never paid attention to this burger shop in Lam Kwai, walked in one day for lunch randomly and found probably the most epic burger ever in HK! This is called the ‘Gang Bang’ 🤐 & it’s double party & cheese, with bacon & fried egg! 🙀🍔 the best part to me is the bun itself, buttery and toasted and almost ‘muffin’ like, HAPPY! ☺️😋
That hype when eyeing those shimmery kabayaki sauce coated all over your gigantic slices of grilled unagi on a bed of Japanese sushi rice... authenic dining experience surrounded with a number of locals in a random family owned restaurant, Shinsaibashi Shopping Acrade! 🧡
