We left the Oregon Coast for central Washington a few days ago but still can’t get over how gorgeous it was.
Too bad it’s cloudy and rainy for 6 months of the year... otherwise we’d consider staying forever!

Cuantos nos perdemos de grandes cosas por el afán de llegar primero o simplemente querer llegar, es como cansarte antes de haber iniciado. Cada paso en la vida conlleva una enseñanza, cada enseñanza un experiencia y cada experiencia un crecimiento, no te afanes y disfruta cada instante.
I had to hit pause every single round for 47 minutes straight to either blow my nose OR spit up some phlegm. .
It wasn’t because I was “too sick” to workout, I took plenty of rest days & days off work watching Hart of Dixie on Netflix 😉 .
It was because my lungs literally needed to be pushed to get rid of the remaining crud that was living there. To evict it. .
It wasn’t easy AT ALL — but I focused and reminded myself the INTENTION I had behind this mornings workout — to simply move, to FEEL healthy, to do my part & show up for my body like my body has shown up for me this travel season. .
Here’s to sweating out the toxins, hydrating, & believing in a healthier tomorrow.
Over 6 miles clocked this morning and a harder, mostly uphill route! 🎉 I’m getting as much outdoor time in as possible knowing grant season will be back to end that soon - I’ll have to go back to work. For now, I’m loving the views 😍
