Im training with 12oz and 10oz Twins gloves atm, they are pretty good quality. I would like to try 'Reyes' as my next pair of gloves as I have heard they are top quality, killaboxing gloves are pretty good from what I hear too😉. What gloves are you using? How are you finding them, are they good on the bag and mitts?..
SO @hannah.shackleton and I did a 45 minute total body circuit at the school tonight and it was CRAZY!🤪15 seconds of high intensity aerobics and 15 second ‘rest’ between stations! My style of training is more ‘bodybuilding’ I don’t do HIIT workouts often so this really kicked my butt!! My heart rate was like 140bpm the whole class- at one point while I was doing push-ups the instructor asked me if I was seriously ok🙈 we’re gonna do this consistently once a week to get better at this so we aren’t dying at the end of any HIIT workout😅plus the instructor actually showed up this time so that was blessed #1stphorm#hiit#teamschmidtfit

Here’s a fun circuit I do when I’m on a time crunch. Had only about 15 minutes to squeeze a workout in so decided I’d maximize the time with a HIIT style workout. My heart rate was up and boy, was I SWEATY.
Cycle through these four exercises, 40s of work and a 20s rest in between. Have fun 🙃
-battle ropes: nothing burns my upper body like battle ropes. Shoulders, back, and even my core are always on fire when I give it my all. -burpees: who doesn’t throw in some burpees every once and awhile? They’re awesome calorie torchers and really get you moving! -box mountain climbers: I love mountain climbers because they really engage my core. I use the box to help me get more of a twist in my torso for my abs as I “climb”
-box jumps: strong bones come from impact. It might be scary to jump on boxes, but it’s great for a tough skeletal system and quick muscle fibers. I have a love/hate relationship with box jumps!

I have had my fair share of worries and doubts that what I am doing isn’t right (and I still worry all the time.) All I can say is, only you know your baby and what they need. Trust yourself. Trust that you know what is best! Every baby is SO different.. but only you know yours.
So, to my new moms or moms who feel like they aren’t doing enough or aren’t doing it “right”.. you are doing everything you possibly can. You know what’s best. Trust yourself.

Para estimular el crecimiento, los músculos deben someterse a un estímulo mayor de lo normal, x eso hay q #entrenar realmente las malditas #piernas y entrenarlas duro ya que la intensidad es, por mucho, una de las variables del ejercicio más importantes cuando se trata de estimular el crecimiento muscular, claro siempre buscando el rango completo y la forma impecable. #Frecuencia , debido a la respuesta de la síntesis proteína o recuperación es de aproximadamente 48 horas. Por lo tanto, si planeas demoler #cuádriceps y #femorales con 20 sets cada uno esta semana, puede ser mejor tener 2 días de pierna de 10 sets de quads /fems cada uno en lugar de 1 sesión. #Volumen , se necesitan volúmenes más altos para maximizar las ganancias en tamaño, lo que significa que algunas series de 2 no pueden cortar, así que intente aumentar las series y adoptar un rango de repetición más moderado de 6-12r/serie, para optimizar la respuesta hipertrófica, excepto la
pantorrilla que se a demostrado trabaja mejor a altas repeticiones 10-25 r. Esta rutina es algo pesada, si es demasiado para ti elimina uno o dos #ejercicios , aun así tus piernas crecerán.

🔥 One major problem with processed foods--Too few omega 3's 🔥
Food manufacturers rip out omega-3 fatty acids from their foods with malice because omega-3's go rancid much faster than other fatty acids. Unfortunately, we need omega-3 fatty acids to curb inflammation.
Have you ever experienced tendonitis? That's simply chronic inflammation. How about muscle soreness? Same thing. A certain degree of inflammation is essential for healing, but chronic inflammation, often caused or exacerbated by malignantly processed foods, is at the root of most of human maladies. And much of that can probably be linked to ingesting too few omega-3s.
To remedy this, step one is to stop eating processed foods. Step two is to eat more cold water, fatty fish (non-farm raised), or take a smartly designed omega-3 supplement.
I never imagined activewear being made out of wool 🐑 🤔 —- I associated wool with scratchy sweaters but after spending the last 2 days with @thewoolmarkcompany I’m blow away by the powerhouse abilities of this eco ♻️ friendly material — not only does it save sheep ( they won’t be slaughtered!) it regulates body temp and is odor and bacteria ( which actually makes your workout clothes smell! 🤭) resistant 🙌💦 — I tested it after taking a HIIT class, hike and yoga class and was blown how this @p.e.nation gear seemed like I just washed it!
