2.06 miles at 30 minutes.... Ok you can do this is only 2.5 miles..
2.5 miles at 35:32 minutes... what the hell are you stopping for? 
3 miles at 42:32 minutes.... How did that just happen? 
Seriously I only planned to do 2.5 miles. But as I was walking to cool down and see I'm at 2.60 miles I knew I was finishing the 3 miles. I have never ever ran 3 miles in my life!
(And my 1:30 minute plank for the challenge group)
YOU can do anything you put your mind to! It's just as much if not MORE of a mental challenge than a physical challenge.

This is yesterday’s home workout. My plan was to do a full Tabata session. That’s 8 rounds of 8 exercises with 20 seconds of workout 10 seconds of rest. Coach Ava had different plans as you’ll see in my videos. I got in 4 exercises but grateful I could get it in. Ava’s teeth a kicking our booty and naps are pretty scarce. Also, I swear our floor is cleaned up 50 times a day. Our adventurer is just a pro at pulling everything out again. I’ll get video of our clean floor one day!

Ich habe mir mal ein paar Tage schöpferische Pause gegönnt. Ich war auch beruflich viel unterwegs, daher komme ich erst jetzt wieder zum Training. Entsprechend steif und schwach kamen die Beugen. Aber nicht schlimm. Dieses Jahr werde ich die 160 Kilo knacken. 👊

Mein Training ist nun soweit umgestellt. Der Arm ist nicht wesentlich besser. Daher verzichte ich vorerst komplett auf Zug, Druck und Boxen. Es nervt, aber was willste machen... Ab Montag unterstütze ich mit Ibolysin, zusätzlich zu Cissus und Kollagen. Ich schweife ab: Das Training besteht aus sämtlichen Beugevarianten, auch gern höherfrequent. Rumpf gehört dazu und Intervalltraining, ebenfalls Yokewalks. Es wird mich nicht umbringen und langfristig stärker machen. Einzig im Kopf muss ich mir darüber klar werden. Das Nichtboxen ist natürlich echt ärgerlich. Was soll's. Langfristig starte ich durch. 🤷‍♂️

Das Bild zu Anfang. Das kam spontan. Ich freue mich immer, wenn die Kinder mich beim Sport besuchen. Manchmal träume ich so vor mich hin und mir wird klar, wie glücklich man eigentlich sein kann. Was soll ich schreiben. Ich glaube, wer Kinder hat, wird es nachvollziehen. 🤔

Hallo zusammen. 🤠 . . Ich habe mir mal ein paar Tage schöpferische Pause gegönnt. Ich war auch beruflich viel unterwegs, daher komme ich erst jetzt wieder zum Training. Entsprechend steif und schwach kamen die Beugen. Aber nicht schlimm. Dieses Jahr werde ich die 160 Kilo knacken. 👊 . Mein Training ist nun soweit umgestellt. Der Arm ist nicht wesentlich besser. Daher verzichte ich vorerst komplett auf Zug, Druck und Boxen. Es nervt, aber was willste machen... Ab Montag unterstütze ich mit Ibolysin, zusätzlich zu Cissus und Kollagen. Ich schweife ab: Das Training besteht aus sämtlichen Beugevarianten, auch gern höherfrequent. Rumpf gehört dazu und Intervalltraining, ebenfalls Yokewalks. Es wird mich nicht umbringen und langfristig stärker machen. Einzig im Kopf muss ich mir darüber klar werden. Das Nichtboxen ist natürlich echt ärgerlich. Was soll's. Langfristig starte ich durch. 🤷‍♂️ . Das Bild zu Anfang. Das kam spontan. Ich freue mich immer, wenn die Kinder mich beim Sport besuchen. Manchmal träume ich so vor mich hin und mir wird klar, wie glücklich man eigentlich sein kann. Was soll ich schreiben. Ich glaube, wer Kinder hat, wird es nachvollziehen. 🤔 . . Gleich gibt's Burger. Of course not, because that would hurt their performance and they don’t train or eat in a way that emphasizes mass gain. But they do have plenty of lean muscle and are in no way, shape or form getting “fat” from cardio.

Having said that, if your main goal is to add 20lbs of muscle should you be running 50miles/week? No. But if you want to get and stay lean while building strength & muscle, can you do cardio without worrying about ruining your gains? Yes. Absolutely. And don’t let anyone convince you otherwise.
