That means no bread, pasta, refined sugar, no cows milk, just pure protein and other essential fats and nutrients. People have asked me what my secret is or if I'm taking pills, the secret is simple its all the mind, your mind is the best medicine to transform your body. 3 years ago I lost weight but I was in the wrong place, surrounded by the wrong people, and doing it for the wrong reasons. 1 can of black beans cooked with 1 tsp liquid smoke, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika, 2 green onions & 1/2 tsp veggie broth paste in a pot over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Served with 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce and topped with 2 tbsp pine nuts (toasted in a small pan over high heat for 2 min), 1 small sliced avocado and 1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise.

Bei mir steht heute der Oberkörper an, wollte eigentlich wieder mit den Beinen einsteigen aber da hab ich noch Muskelkater vom Ganzkörper Training 🤷
Ich muss heute dann erst wieder um 4 arbeiten, ich hasse diese Zeit 🙄 aber dann hab ich jetzt noch mehr Zeit, immer das positive raussuchen 😊👌🏼
Ich hab nochmal ein Rezept von @jessi_ka_fit ausprobiert 😊und es ist wieder richtig lecker geworden 😍
Dieses Mal hab ich den Apfelstrudel von ihr gemacht, einfach ein Traum 😍
Ich hatte ein bisschen ein anderes Mehl drum hier das Rezept für euch:
◾ 50g Magerquark
◾ 60g Kuchenmehl von @fit._.and._.free
◾ 18g leichte Margarine
◾ 2g Backpulver
◾ 10g Erythrit von @wohltuer.de
◾ Prise Salz
➡️ Alle Zutaten gut vermischen und schön vernetzen, zwischen zwei Frischhaltefolien ausrollen, für die Füllung
◾1 Apfel
◾ Zimt
◾ Erythrit
➡️ Apfel klein schneiden und mit den restlichen Zutaten kurz bei höchster Stufe in die Mikrowelle geben
➡️ Füllung auf den Teig geben, von beiden Seiten einklappen, oben einschneiden und bei 160 Grad für ca 20min backen
✔️ 297kcal bei 8,5g Fett, 60,67g Kohlenhydrate und 11,44g Eiweiß

Dnešné raňajky 😃 100g #eggwhites , 3g kokosovej múky a na panvicu. Na vrch všetko možné: tvaroh s proteinom, proteínové cerealie @maxsportnutrition (mimochodom anoo berte ich👌), random orechové musli a kakaove bôby 😊  Prvý krat som použila vaječné bielka z fľašky a to je tak skvelá vec! Nie, že by som nejedla žĺtka, ale občas skrátka radšej dám namiesto nich tuky z iných zdrojov 😋🥜🌰🍯 #rozumiemesi a takto mi nemusí byť ľúto, že žĺtka vyhodím 🙋😊 Takže bielka aj kakaové bôby od @prozis approved! 👍

Absolutely simple to make and tastes so much better than store bought!

• 250gm soaked & cooked  or tinned chick peas
• 50ml fresh lemon juice
• 80ml Tahni .
• 40ml olive oil
• 1 teaspoon cumin .
• 1tsp crushed garlic .
.
Blend all in Thermomix or food processor .
That’s it!

Big messy bowl of Chocolate Pumpkin Oats, made with almond milk, pumpkin puree, warming spices and @silverbackprotein chocolate flavour. (Some extra protein to hopefully help with the muscle soreness after yesterday's #legday 🙈). Topped with raisins, pomegranate seeds, cacao nibs, pecans and the very last fresh fig of the season ♡ Think I never had so many figs, but they are just too delicious, right!?

While I do have the one on the left, I often feel unsatisfied and am tempted to finish the entire bowl of guacamole! As you all know, I LOVE big portions, and so the one on the right gives me so much more VOLUME without compromising flavor! Plus the added yoghurt gives it an extra protein kick ( double win). I also like to add a squeeze of lemon 🍋 for that extra flavor! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
