Ego is that part of you, that usually makes you feel guilty, victim or a bad person - a bad human being. Its getting boost from making you ashamed of something you've done or who you think you are. When something uncomfortable happens, it easily tells to blame yourself or somebody else. Making you to seem like the victim of circumstances.
I'm not saying that you shouldn't feel those feelings. They have very important messages with value, for us to learn more about ourselves. But don't get stuck. Let it go.
Egos weak point is that, when you accept your vulnerability it loses its power over you. It means you accept your wrongdoings and flaws, your weaknessess. Vulner_ability. Or vulner_able. It's associating with our ability or that we are able to be real, worth it & to be loving and loved beings. Your ability to learn from your mistakes. Your ability to overcome different kind of experiences and hard times in your life.
And just before you discover something new - it can be scary at first. Your ego will be loudy. It makes you feel that you don't deserve this. That you won't make it. Do not listen to it. It's always like that when you are trying something you haven't done ever before.
The only way you can truly become strong, is to accept your weakness and become aware of who you are. Love yourself anyway. Meeting your inner separateness - the part of you that feels lonely, not good enough and lost - can be painful and dark trip to make. But living trough it helps you to become whole, to be the One. Be more connected to your spirit ❤

Other questions we ask people to consider: How might your product change relationships, for better and for worse? Which relationships? What physical effect does your product have on people? What is the worst possible thing that you can imagine someone using your product for? How might people and culture change if your product becomes wildly successful?
We often think in terms of money, ROI, KPI, or business goals – and all of this is fine. But we think it's also vital to consider the human impact of our work. •

This is how I try to make mindfulness meditation seem cool for the kids I work with. Who doesn’t love a meditating skeleton for Halloween? 🤣🎃 But seriously....how do you think your life would have been different if you learned ways to manage stress and emotions at an early age, instead of being a stressed-out-grown-up, trying to figure it all out in the midst of all your responsibilities?

Not know where to start?
Meditating for even 5 minutes per day is beneficial (and working up to 20 minutes per day actually changes your brain structure). Try clearing your mind for 5 minutes upon waking each morning.
(Come on....we can all wake up 5 minutes earlier). 1. Start by setting a timer.
2. Begin breathing intentionally in through your nose and out through your nose.
3. As you breathe, repeat the word “in” while breathing in, and “out” while breathing out.
Continue until the timer stops.

With so many options on this incredible island, we were having trouble trying to decide how to spend my birthday. Ended up spontaneously changing our spa day + romantic dinner plans..took a couple quick photos, hopped on our scooter, & sent it across the island into the unknown for a 9 hour adventure of a lifetime. 🛵🍃🌋✨ It ended up being one of the best days of our lives!! Sometimes you have to let go of trying to figure things out and just do what makes you the happiest 💏 (Birthday adventure post coming soon)
