My top 5 Fall eyeliners
While many of us are thinking about fall appropriated lipsticks or blushes, I thought I'd change things a bit and show you my fave Fall 5 eyeliners. The best thing is they are all drugstore! Top to Bottom:
*Essence Longlasting Eyepencil in Berry Fantastic, a beautifull matte wine/berry shade (this one was on a project pan and it made me totally fall in love with it) *Kiko Smart Eyepencil in 403, a nice copper with a bit of shimmer in it
*P2 Perfect Look Kajal in 160 Taupe - a nice satin taupe colour *Catrice Smokey Eyes Pencil in 030 It's a Pleasure, Treasure - a nice olive green wiyh gold shimmer,
*P2 Perfect Look Kajal in 200 Moss, a nice matte moss green
Do you also tend to grab specific eyeliner colours according to season or you just use the same eyeliner colour all year around?
Another one of my favourite places in Albania: the Cape of Rodon. Following the small sandy paths on top of the cliff 🐾 you’ll wander through little jungles 🌿 along spooky bunkers 🕸 and some seeeriouuuus aquatic views 🌊 It’s so insanely beautiful you’ll want to die right there right now 😵 But don’t let your heartbeat stop just yet ❤️ you have to reach the old castle first 🏰 Albania - you never stop exploring ⚡️ #kepirodonit
Some days you stumble upon hidden rickety gems super close to home. They’re free and for the kids, “the best place ever.” Sure, there may have been warning sides that we were playing at our own risk and yes, I told them they weren’t allowed up the steep steps on their own, but those hours spent one crisp fall 🍁 morning this week have stayed with us and been fuel to help us enjoy this new season and the goodness around us.
I once made a joke that I want to visit all 17 500 islands in Indonesia. Little I knew at that time that one day, I actually would try to make my joke a reality. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I just got back from my 3rd trip in Indonesian awesome-land. OMG!! I can’t even express enough how much I fell in love with this beautiful, still unspoiled heaven on earth. By the way, it’s Sumba, not Zumba but yeah you can call it that and also add some booty shake ;). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I love exploring remote places and this one was so far the most awesome spot I’ve ever been to. I’ve met only 18 tourists while traveling around. Yup, you read right! After Bali it was a nice surprise. I enjoyed stunning EMPTY beaches, waterfalls, lagoons and beautiful traditional villages with these high roofs, typical only for this island! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This place is still so untouched that there are local restaurant on the road. The homestays cook for your 3x meals a day so you don’t get hungry. So you need to actually know where those homestays are hihi.
Staying at the most beautiful homestay - Sunset Homestay (owned by a local), I shared the same bay view like the multi-millionaires at the best hotel in the world - Nihiwatu. The only sad part is that this resort not only owns beach and doesn’t allow anyone to enter it (except the resort’s guests) but also waves!! How insane is that!!! If the surfers end up riding the waves near this resort, the army escort them out of water! It’s sad what money can do, isn’t it?
And since this hotel got the title of the best hotel in the world, the locals are starting to sell their land and new owners are starting to build resorts. And we all know what happens.. locals rice fields get destroyed, access to the beaches limited, more plastic etc… :-(
I really hope that the process of exposing this island to tourism will be slow so the locals keep their land and make most $$ from their land (not those who already are rich) and that the locals and the whole island can maintain the beautiful gem it still is now!
Have you discovered the hidden gem that is Park Terrace Park? This park has a lot to offer, but you'd never know it from the street since you can't even see it from there! Among other things, this is one of the few parks we've found in the area that has lots of swings. Think about it...there just aren't that many parks with swings. Weird, I know. Check the "Parks" label on the blog to find out more about what this park has to offer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
