I have a Love-Hate relationship with s’mores.
🍫After recent thought, I decided that on my birthday (when calories don’t count), I want to have s’mores with every meal.
🍫I love them that much.
🍫I hate that they’re higher calorie & taste so damn good.
🍫And because they’re so damn tasty, once I start eating them, I have a hard time stopping.
🍫Which is fine on my birthday (bc calories don’t count).
🍫But on any other day, the casual s’more (singular) ends up turning into 10+ s’mores.
🍫Andddd that’s not okay for losing fat or staying lean.
🍫I’m big on having food in moderation and not restricting anything.
🍫But if you have a high calorie food that you can’t help but inhale every time it’s around, it’s okay to avoid it.
🍫Obviously, I could work on just having a few s’mores. And most foods, I practice moderation decently well.
🍫Smore’s though....that’s a different story. Once I start, I don’t want to stop.
🍫And honestly, I don’t regret inhaling the s’mores.
🍫But I know it’s not going to help me achieve or maintain my goals.
🍫And for that, avoiding it most of the time is an okay strategy.
🍫If there’s a food that looooove so much but hate how good it tastes because you keep eating it...
🍫And it’s not helping your fitness goals...
🍫Avoiding it sometimes and saving it for special occasions is perfectly fine.

😋PPS...substituting Reese’s for the Hershey bar on s’mores is ELITE.
We got ice cream delivered to our door! This tasted amazing! We got warm cookies and ice cream covered with toffee bits, toffee sauce and Hershey’s cookies and cream chocolate. #amazing#icecream#cookies#hersheys
I barely get full from pancakes but this almost did 😋 ... very light on macros but filling and delicious 🤤 it fits probably anyone’s macros.

1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup CarbMaster milk
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 egg whites
2 scoops (1serving) purely inspired protein
Voila 🥞 😋 topped with 2 tsp Hershey’s sugar free syrup!!

🍫BEENS CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES WITH RICH CHOCOLATE GANACHE 🍫
•2 cups of castor sugar
•1-3/4 cups of all-purpose flour
•3/4 cup of @hersheys Cocoa powder
•1-1/2 tspns of baking powder
•1-1/2 tspns of baking soda
•1 tspn salt
•2 eggs •1 cup milk
•1/2 cup vegetable oil
•2 tspns of vanilla extract
•1 cup boiling water
1️⃣Heat oven to 350°F.Place cupcake liners in your cupcake tray,sift the flour and cocoa together 3-4 times.
2️⃣Stir sugar,flour,cocoa,baking powder,baking soda and salt in a large bowl.Add in the eggs,milk,oil and vanilla extract;beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.Stir in boiling water(the batter will be thin).Pour batter into the cupcake liners!
3️⃣Bake for 20 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.🌹 .
•3/4 cup dark chocolate •Half a cup of heavy cream •Nutella 1/4 cup
•25 grams of unsalted butter at room temperature
1️⃣Combine dark chocolate and cream,microwave for a minute and add in the butter.When it cools down to room temperature,cover it with cling wrap.
2️⃣Refrigerate it for an hour or two atleast,overnight is best.Whip it with the help of an electric beater,add in nutella,whip some more.💞
3️⃣If you think the mixture is a little runny to pipe,put it in the fridge for some time.
4️⃣You can always adjust the quantity to your taste,if you think it’s too strong for your taste add more cream and a little icing sugar to it.If you think the ganache is too thick before whipping,add more cream.
