I used to think runners were weirdly wired. I didn't believe running could actually be fun. I had run phobia.

when i attended my first yoga conference i was completely overwhelmed. the night before, i created a story that everyone else knew what they were doing and that yoga conferences were only for the strong who could endure hours upon hours of hot yoga. i almost convinced myself to stay home....fast forward to the next two weekends 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
