So it's been ONE year since I've started my journey to better health. Many of you have asked how I did it. Well, it was learning the “habits of health” over time. I realized I needed to change my unhealthy lifestyle and set some goals. My 10 year anniversary was coming up and we had a Disney vacation planned and I was just not looking forward to summer in a suit, or shopping for clothes! I just wanted to enjoy summer and my life again! I saw my friend’s before and after shot and it inspired the phone call that set this goal in motion. She asked me my goal and I said I thought I should probably lose 20-30 pounds... and joked that the healthy BMI for my height seemed impossible because that would mean losing 70-80! I never dreamed I would actually lose that 70 and still have the motivation to keep going! My priorities are being healthy, alive and able to do fun things with my kids. That keeps me moving forward to make good daily choices!
Aches and pains, gall bladder problems, infertility issues and overall lack of energy are all things that I wanted and needed to eliminate from my life! So now they are finally GONE along with that 70 pounds! Now I'm feeling refreshed, energized, emotionally and hormonally balanced every day! I'm now ready to pay this forward by sharing with others! I have made the decision to be a Health Coach for this program to help others on their journey for their own success story. It's hard to live your life out loud, but I'm hoping this might just inspire that one person who needs it today! 😘🙀🤗💖 xoxo
