Please take this easy challenge for your benefit: ⠀
For one minute, think about a reoccurring situation that makes you frustrated, confused or even angry. Whether it be career demands, trying to find work or interacting with someone diffifult. ⠀
Next, answer the question "how might I be curious the next time this situation arises" below.... could you ask better questions? What is it that's making me so frustrated in this situation or with this person? ⠀
Being curious helps move us a step back to look at the situation objectively. What assumptions, mood or actions that have brought us there and what are the assumptions/mood of the other person that brought them to your interaction. ⠀
But we must be open and willing to be curious, to think outside the "box" because otherwise, the Golden Gate remains shut and the frustrating situation remains. ⠀
👇 What does Curiosity mean to you? ⠀

You’re crazy @joelfreemanfitness. I like you, but you’re crrraaaaazzy! 😜
That leg day was Off. The. Charts - and I’m not sure I’ve ever sweat that much or pushed myself that much - at least in a long time. You know the shit got real when the shirt AND the glasses had to come off. 😳 I think I’m finally back to the land of the living after a shower and some food. 🤣 Week 5/8 is donezo and I feel like I’m on top of the world after that one.
Real talk though - if you don’t feel challenged enough in your workout or you just need a change up - maybe it’s time we chat! 💁🏻♀️ I’m only one quick message away from something that just might change. your. LIFE. Because guess what - nothing changes if nothing changes. 💯👊🏼💥
Within the past few day there has been so much tragity, sorrow, and disbelief! How could a father kill his pregnant wife and two daughters?
With more and more info coming forward it just gets more sad.
So I choose to life others up and help people and change lives just like Shannan chose to do!
Even if you don't need the opportunity or the products but need a friend who cares to speak to I am here! Never be scared to message me!

Maybe I laugh too loud & smile too big - but joy should not be bottled up-it should spill over!
Smiling is a big part of each and every day for me.
It is my passion helping people feel their best, to inspire others to do what inspires them, to live life by design, and pursue their dreams, all the while making a positive impact.

Here is a testimony from one of my clients who I love so much @sararodack! She is a true testament that consistency and making healthy lifestyle changes will pay off and stay off. She is a busy mom of two who decided she needs to take care of herself and put her health first. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 “Tone with Tara has helped me with my first healthy year. Look at the these pictures. Can you see that for the first time in my life I didn't GAIN weight in a year? Can you see my arm muscle definition gained?! First full healthy year and I have more energy, don't dread working out (I feel off if I miss), can keep up with my kids, and feel like a good role model for my kids. Thank you Tara Kielblock for helping me stay healthy. I love the meal planning, workouts that I can do anywhere, and the positivity in this group keeps me going.
No supplements. No shakes. No pills. Healthy eating, working out, and staying consistent!👊” Thank you for sharing! I am so proud of you Sara and blessed to have you as a client and friend. Who else is ready to join in on this fun? Dm me or click on link in bio to start!💪🏻
Our most amazing volunteer Dale Adriaansen made this happen!
Team TruFusion Eastern you rock!!
We truly appreciate your generosity and all these yoga mats that are so valuable to the pets of the homeless 🐾
Sleep is a necessity and not a luxury. Lack of sleep has a negative impact on your health. You need what you need when you need it. There’s no catching up on it. Keep your room cool and dark and stick to a sleeping schedule.
I'm going to just take a moment...and leave this here. 💔 this is so heartbreaking but absolutely raw and real! Mental illness is a real thing guys. Suicide is real and its devastating to everyone involved! And I can't tell you guys enough how important it is to keep fighting and to keep pushing through it and never give up! This hits home for me in more ways then one. Its a reminder to always no matter what support everybody, you don't know what's going on in their head. One positive comment, one phone call away, one smile, and a hand to hold when they are down. Lets be the change. Lets start talking about suicide and stop pushing it under the rug, when has that ever helped? NEVER! So I want to challenge myself and all of you go out of your comfort zone to help someone today, a nice comment with words of advise or just reaching out to someone and sending a positive message. Lets be the change! ❤
Borrowing this brilliant idea from another great teacher!
Please let me know if you’d like to sponsor one of my students. ❤️ Each month I receive the Scholastic Book Club fliers to send home for students to share with their families and purchase books if they would like. Sadly, times are changing and many of my families cannot afford to purchase books to have at home. How cool would it be if ALL of my students could receive one free book every month?! Here’s the idea I’d like to try out this year:
Scholastic has books every month that are $1. I would LOVE for each of my students to be able to bring home one new book each month during the school year from September to May.
If the students and I select the $1 books, that’s only $9 per child. Would anyone be interested in “sponsoring” a child in my class? You could mail me a check for $9 made out to Scholastic Book Club and that child would get a new book to take home each month! I would then send in all of the checks together and it would credit my Scholastic account.
If you’re interested in helping out with this project, let me know! My class size is currently at 23 students (it tends to fluctuate). If I have more sponsors than students I will donate the extra books to Creekside Elementary.
Message me or comment for more details! Thank you so much for considering. 📚 ❤️Mrs. Jones
Ok y’all, let me be really REAL right now.... I’m not the biggest fan of science...👩🏼🔬 or reading any type of text book...📖 and I have little to possibly NO patience for much...🙅🏼♀️ so to say online school is a challenge for me is definitely an understatement. I’ve battled with self negativity, self motivation, self discipline, self control, and much more on a daily basis to keep myself on the right track to earning my NASM certifications 📇... I’m at a point where I actually want to throw in the towel some days and say “F@!? IT”. But then I am reminded of my WHY, my friends who have put their lives in the hands of other “Personal Trainers” who didn’t have the passion to help, just a passion for the paycheck & that completely broke my heart in two. So what do I do? I impulsively decided to jump into NASM full force to purposefully help change people who want to better their lives from the inside out... 😅💁🏼♀️ Some days I am completely overwhelmed to the point of just curling up in fetal position and crying until I die because I got myself way in over my head....😭 and others, I shake it off and hold myself high because I WILL try my BEST at this until it changes me for the better, so that I can then help others change for their better! ☺️❤️
Now I’m off to read FIVE chapters, do 5 chapter activities, listen to 5 lectures & take a quiz all by 4pm... because that’s when mom life kicks in 🙃
Flashback Friday...one of the missions I led to Phnom Penh, Cambodia a few years ago. Dr. Theavy Mok is an incredible surgeon and friend who dedicates much of his time to mission work in his own country. So happy to partner with him to improve the lives of those who need medical care, like this cute child with cleft lip...next trip set for 2019!
Back-to-school is just around the corner (sorry kids 😉). Olivia loved back-to-school. She loved the process is picking out new clothes and getting her school supplies in order. We can think of no better way to honour her memory than to provide kids with the same sense of joy during what can be an expensive and at times stressful time in their young lives.
Olivia’s Trust is helping two organizations this year as they gather items for kids and families who are in need of some extra help during his time of year. The Dartmouth Salvation Army and Woodlawn United Church.
We will be helping Dartmouth Salvation Army by joining them on Wednesday, August 22 from 1-6 pm at STAPLES in Dartmouth Crossing. We will be collecting back-to-school items and helping to supply some as well. Drop by with a donation!
We are also helping the Woodlawn United Church reach their goal to send the 40 kids they have registered in their program get outfitted with everything they need for a successful start to a new school year. The backpacks have all been provided and their congregation has billed 4 boxes with essential items but there is still a ways to go! Please feel free to drop off a donation to their location at 54 Woodlawn Road. Olivia’s Trust will step in to provide what the community does not.
Thank you for your support as we help the kids in our community get the best start to a new school year! Olivia would be so proud 💜. #oliviajollotamemorialtrust#livstrust#oliviajollota#olivia#love#loved#helpingothers#givingback#donate#donations#donating#volunteer#volunteering#backtoschool#backtoschoolshopping
Sometimes we wish we could thank every one of our bakers in person, because baking every cake for cake4kids is extraordinary work. By virtue of being a complete stranger to the foster child, and yet still puting in the effort and love to bake, decorate, and deliver a birthday cake to foster children, you are making a difference in their lives, by showing them they are important, they matter, and that they are loved. Which is why we are always so heartened when bakers, despite their busy schedule, help us pick up any unclaimed cake requests so that no foster children's cake requests go unfulfilled. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Dayna graciously accepted to take on this last minute cake even though she was out of town, and had to get home late the day before the cake was due. "I knew I couldn't do a real black panther cake, but I'm hoping this is good enough. I love delivering cakes and picturing the kids having a fun birthday surprise, " said Dayna. This is a lemon cake with lemon crunch filling and vanilla buttercream, decorated with black sprinkles and gorgeous paper toppers. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Dayna, this is MORE THAN good enough, if not a great, and fabulous, and awesome @BlackPanther cake! You not only have tremendous caking skills, but most importantly, one of the biggest hearts we've seen. Many many thanks to you for making this cake happen!
