Truely honoured again to be the auctioneer for @heartkids black tie dinner 2018.
This charity has helped so many children and their families over the years. 👏great work @_simonreeve as MC. @trisanneofficial
I've always wanted to help people feel better. When I was a kid I really really wanted to be a nurse. As soon soon as I got out of high school I became a CNA and loved every part of that job. I realized it wasn't necessary for me to continue higher in the field, because I was fulfilling a need and I was content to help people right where I was. It did cross my mind a few times to become a midwife, or an herbalist, or EMT, I even dreamed about being a diver for Search and Rescue...the list could go on and on of all the professions I've considered and they all had to do with HELPING people. 😍 Now I'm a mom, and I am helping little souls to grow up in a crazy world. I know 100% this where I am Supposed to be. BUT I could NOT say no to a business of sharing products that changed my health so drastically, and I can be home with my little family, and STILL help other people!!! #thislife#helping#helpingpeople#realhealthcare#nurse#mom#doctormom#healthymom#momlife#bestlife#businessmom
Last week we gave it our all at LA’s @habitatforhumanity what a beautiful experience to work in aid of others. I used to volunteer weekly as a stylist at @makingchangesyyc and would love to see the women light up with confidence when they left with their new clothes. This act of service is something I stopped doing after I had children. Now my kids are almost 5 and 6 anyone have great ideas for volunteering with young kids??
Mr. Andy also didn't give up after the #MfcComamp2018 Fit challenge, and is now under 200lbs for the first time in 6 years. He didn't pass for the #MfcTripleD program but my #Focus is to coach everyone that is serious about getting in shape!!... #Myersfitnesscentre#helping people to live their lives the way it was intended. #see you @ the Gym for yours.
Some of the 🔥🔥🔥 gear we just rushed out for the One Life Foundation!! They will be at the Mum Festival this weekend selling merchandise and bringing awareness to the killer they call cancer. A close friend of ours Jeanette Porrini was recently taken from us due to cancer and all she wanted was to make people more aware of cancer as well as keeping her legacy alive by doing what she did best... helping others!!!😍❤️ #onelife#love#one#life#cancer#ribbon#helping#others#foil#screenprinting#mum#festival#bristol#primopress
Sometimes it's not just the equipment in the gym, it's the people too! Thanks to @healthfulcompass.pt and @bankole999 plus others this week for pushing me through a tough week of training whilst I've been recovering. Can't do this shit on your own!
Corkcicle has become an extremely well known brand that claims to have drinkware that can keep cold drinks cold for 25 hours and hot drinks hot for 12.
Though I have confirmed through personal use that these claims are true, the thing most people don’t know about the company is all that it does to give back.
Besides reducing the amount of plastic waste, Corkcicle donates 5% of their total sales to a non-profit called charity: water. This organization then puts 100% of all donations towards providing clean drinking water to those in impoverished countries who need it.

I thought for a while that if I watched well enough in traffic during my driving lessons & would also do if I was in someone else's car, I would learn the theory of driving in that way.. 🚘
But unfortunately 🤷🏽♀️
I can not avoid opening up the theory book; on hope of blessing (and help of my lovely friend!) I will learn it soon and I can at least get my theory. 🤗
Do not get me wrong: I still believe in a positive mindset, and that it also affects your life and your results. 🙌🏽
I only have a really terrible fear of my theory exam, so my positive mindset is under a certain pressure and I can not get along with it. 😅
Ah, I am not perfect either, and I am still human. 🤷🏽♀️
➡️ Someone tips for learning my theory? 🤔
🌤Stop for a moment to take notice of how your body feels when you read the following words:
What did you feel when you read those words? Did your body tense up in your chest, shoulders, or gut? Did anything visually come up in your mind? Did you automatically start playing scenes from your daily life in your head?
Now take notice of how you feel when you read these words:
What did you notice about your body? Did anything come up for you visually? Did you play scenes from your current daily life in your mind? Or was it more like a "wishful thinking dream" playing when you read those words? Was it hard to relate to those words even though you wanted to? Did it inevitably make you feel a little low?
The way we are conditioned in this busy busy world of ours can make it very easy to fall into a pattern of constantly assessing our worth, feeling we have to do more to be more, please everyone, and have it all together at the same time.
It's so easy to get stuck, just going through the motions. It's so easy to get caught up in what I like to call the negativity vortex.
The funny thing about this trap is that we often don't know we are in it until something big happens to jolt us. Our brains are really good at justifying our negative thinking patterns. It's what the brain does after all.
So tell me. And be honest. Have you ever been sucked into this trap? Are you in it now?
If you know you're ready to climb out of that place and start feeling freedom again, loving life and living with purpose, join me in Mindset Overhaul this fall.
It's time to take responsibility for your happiness and I'll show you just how to do it. 🌤
