It's been a busy morning! 11pounds, 4 oz. of pure tomato chunks. Blanched, skinned, seeded, and excess water squeezed out. Not to mention the 3 pounds of seeded and pureed cherry tomatoes. These are going right in the freezer. :) Now to think of how I want to process the other 15 pounds. I'm feeling rather proud right now :)
It’s hard to tell, but the dress weeze wore to the wedding is the same one I’m wearing in the one below. So glad my mom kept it for so many years so I could pass it on!

I harvested what felt like 5+ lbs. of basil. I made a ton of pesto & dehydrated the rest for seasoning. I plan to dehydrate all my herbs this fall!
